She pulled and twisted my fingers, which was super painful. When we finally left, I noticed the dip is OK, but theyre all uneven.

5 /5 April Heivilin: I have gone to several places over the years, but Kims is the best by far! My nails lasted for so long (5 weeks because we were doing home projects and I didnt get back in for a fill), and never broke! And they soaked off my old set without coming and filing my nail bed. For the first time a manicure salon didnt harm my natural nails! I was surprised and delighted! Their staff is really welcoming and kind as well, which is always appreciated!

She’s meticulous in her work and takes her time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. I usually go about 4-5 weeks between dip manicures and besides grow out, they look just as perfect as the day I left. They never lift or peel and her techniques keep my very brittle nails strong and they are the longest they’ve been in years. I highly recommend anyone there but Rose has quickly become my go to!

It was my first visit, and while Ana is very nice and welcoming, I have to address some concerns. I paid $111 for a gel manicure and pedicure, and I expected exceptional work for that price. Unfortunately, I believe Ana needs to hire more professional nail artists. The person who did my pedicure did not seem like a trained professional. I dont want to spend my money on a service that looks like I could have done it myself. Ana mentioned that her gel manicures usually last longer, but after just a week, I noticed some of the polish is already peeling off. Overall, I have had better gel manicures and pedicures compared to this.

DeAna-Alexandreia Perez: Worst full set I’ve ever got! The quality and technique were horrible, plus she was extremely rude. I asked for a full set, almond shaped, in their Mulberry color. She nicked my cuticles four different times and left the acrylic bumpy and uneven. I asked her to fix it and she said the gel would cover it…. It didn’t. I’ve never had an actual painful experience getting a full set. Then she said she can fix it and charge me for another full set. Girl bye. Never again. The girl that did my pedicure was amazing though.

Flo Boon: Today I walked in to get a manicure and remove my acrylic nails. The gentleman who did it was annoyed that I didnt want to do a fill. He cut the acrylics and my nails very short and caused pain several times. He didnt do a manicure AT all- no soak, no cuticle clipping, no lotion, nothing. He just painted my nails and was again annoyed I wanted regular polish. He did a horribly rushed and ugly job. I have 4 young kids and limited budget so its rare when I can treat myself and I left feeling horrible and sad and I wish I hadnt spent money or tipped. He had me pay before hand so I had no leverage to ask to get them redone. My nails are ugly and short as heck and Im getting ready to take the polish off because its horrible and makes me sad every time I see my hands!! Ive never been more disappointed in nail service. Bt far the worst experience ever!
