5 /5 Aegis 030: This started as a 1 star review. I cant give stars for work not done. I go through the VA and have had trouble getting authorized for specific procedures. In fact, Ive waited for a year for 1 specific procedure. When i contact the VA, they continually say, "they never recieve any requests or the information is wrong." Since Lexi came on board at Gentle Dentistry, everything with the VA is getting done and getting done fast. Thank you Lexi. You dont know the difference you make.

5 /5 Jeremy Cournoyer: I’ve seen two other dentists in the area before going to KGD. To say I wasn’t happy with the other two is an understatement. I contacted KGD to have a tooth looked at and Jessica got me in within two weeks. They took X-rays, treated the issue, and came up with a care plan for remaining issues. Dr. Yoon was super pleasant to deal with and didn’t feel like he was beating up my mouth. The proof is in the name!

5 /5 Jon Ayers: Lenora and I have been going here at least twice a year for I think a decade and are still impressed. Yesterday we both had our teeth cleaned and were very happy with the new hygienist, Christina. She was kind, professional and very intentional about doing a good job with as little discomfort as possible. Dr. Yoon sets a very good tone for the environment in this office, compassionate, congenial, competent care are the norm here.

5 /5 Sarah Tucker: Kitsap Gentle Dentistry is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to, and I’ve visited a lot being a military spouse. The doctors and staff are professional, warm, and friendly. Within the past three years, I’ve had two implants completed by this office that turned out beautiful with zero complications. I am moving out of the country and am so sad that I must leave Kitsap Gentle Dentistry! They’ve been nothing but wonderful to me and my family!

1 /5 Salvatore Koose: If you need work, find another provider. This may be a wonderful clinic but it has limited hours and your ability to start getting work done is hampered by 20-30 day wait times to get x-rays and cleanings BEFORE you get any work done. They also do not respond for emergent dental care. You can leave messages but likely if you are "new" patient your calls will not be returned. They seem like a full practice already even though they claim they accept new patients. Could be the greatest dentist in the world but if you cant get an appointment in a timely manner, that expertise is meaningless
