Their good doctors are gone.
Last time I went, the provider told me that I had to pick questions because there is no much time. I felt very rushed and what she told me is to contact physical therapy or occupational therapy without even trying to listen and understand my concerns.
I have twins and going through a really tough time. Their online client portal system doesnt let you add a kid unless you call and it is not easy process when you dont have a time. I dont blame them for not seeing us when I missed one of appointment for twins, but their system also didnt send me text reminder which I use to confirm my appointments. So when I went there for back to back appointment they said "we cancelled the first appointment because you were not here" well, that makes sense, but they show no compassion. Very transactional. Getting twin babies is a really tough thing and I started crying with little control, but they offered no help. Again, I am not asking them to let us see us. I understand their policy.
KVH Pediatric should not say they care about patients if they cant even show compassion to patient. Front desk people are very cold hearted. I think with all things I went through with them, I am done with them. I wish people at front desk will have better communication skills in the future.
