Hospice of the Northwest - Mount Vernon Don Daves: A 3.8 is definitely much higher than they deserve! Ive never heard more people say that theyd "like to help" with ABSOLUTELY 0 follow through. Its like they all want to get in the first week of hospice to check it off of their list for the month. Truly pathetic, and I personally wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy, as caring isnt what theyre about and it clearly shows that theyre just doing what they do for a paycheck, without any actual empathy for anyone else!! Giving them a 1 is actually too high! Everything has to happen on their schedule, as they dont seem to be able to plan ahead, just call and say that theyre on their way. EXCUSE ME, yes I love my dad but just cant put up with their practices and lack of care for any family members, etc.!!
