1 /5 Maddie Mylet: I asked for French tip almond nails, and as she was shaping them I already knew I wouldn’t like them. They were so pointy and crooked. I told her I thought they were a bit too pointy for my liking and she did fix that, but they were still crooked. And the French tip is fairly sloppy. It looks okay from afar but I really am not happy with how they turned out especially after paying $80. Also during the filing process she cut my cuticles way too short and made me bleed on several fingers. Overall my nails aren’t the worst ever, but 100% not worth the $80 and I do not want these for a whole month which is what they usually last me. My friend also got her nails done and was not happy with the outcome. She got an inspo pic from their website and they recreated it so poorly. Her nails are incredibly chunky, and as you can see, not ombre at all. And while the lady was shaping her nails she was way too rough, she was making her bleed on many fingers too. And when my friend asked for her to fix or change something about her nails, the lady would glare at her and was just overall super rude.

My nail tech noticed I was struggling with eczema and gave me some cream she uses on her own skin to take home. We went with my four cousins and we were all very happy with the service and nails. Our ages range from 11-25. Thank you Lebo M Nails and Spa !

5 /5 Davinc: Took my girlfriend to the nail salon today, and she was really happy with the service. She especially loved the design they did for her nails. Definitely planning to bring her back more often!

1 /5 Sharifa Llemit: Would not recommend this place. Have always gone to another nail salon in the area but decided to try this place since I was in Factoria plaza already. I didn’t get the person’s name but she was not very friendly. Usually they try to talk to you but she had an AirPod on in one ear. The water in soaking tub was super hot and I asked her to lower temperature. She then worked on my pedicure and before you know it, she was pulling on my skin, supposedly removing my cuticles. There was blood that she had to put pressure on to stop it. She said it because my “blood is thin” and I told her nooo…I have no reason to have issues with bleeding. As of now, I have a bruise and looks like hematoma under my nail which is tender. Definitely would not recommend this place.

I requested a Christmas-themed design, and the nail tech (forgot to ask her name) was meticulous and even generous enough to let me switch colors when I was unsure. The nails turned out stunning and festive—exactly what I wanted. Definitely coming back!
