Dr. Lemperes is not a money grubber attempting to schedule work that isn’t essential, but honestly has your complete health as a priority. You won’t need to fear “going to the dentist” any more. You’ll feel at home with everyone in this dental office.

Sarah Beal: I cannot recommend this office highly enough—they truly exceeded all expectations. From my first interaction, I was impressed by their thoughtfulness. They even gave me a coffee card as a gesture of appreciation for my flexibility in scheduling, which wasn’t a big deal to me, but it showed how much they value their patients. Before my appointment, my tooth flared up into a nasty and extremely painful infection. Ashton, through the emergency line, went above and beyond to provide care and compassion, doing everything within her capabilities to help me during the wait. Dr. Simcock also stepped in to assist, showing exceptional professionalism and care. As someone who is highly anxious due to a traumatic dental experience as a child, I was nervous walking into this appointment. However, the entire team made me feel completely at ease. They were kind, patient, and treated me with the utmost respect as an adult. Their gentle and compassionate approach completely shifted how I view dental care. All in all, this office sets the standard for what dental care should be. If you’re looking for a root canal specialist, I can’t recommend them enough.

The dentists are a married couple and both just as friendly and professional as can be. I love their hygienist’s too. Everyone is always friendly and happy plus the dental work is top notch. They’ve replaced a couple of my crowns and done a fabulous job. I highly recommend them!

Its around new year and Im looking at my health care plan and deciding where to go from here, and as far as dental goes I consider myself to be in a good place, and I count Dr. Swanson among my better resources as far as personal and oral health care goes. I was in an accident many years ago and have unique challenges with my dentistry. Dr. Swanson has met these challenges with relative ease; he is a capable dentist, and a down to earth, honest, nice guy. I was referred to him by a professor friend of mine from WWU, and when I first met him I was a little skeptical... like he seemed almost "too nice", but after now seeing him for a few years; he is really that nice of a person, he legitimately cares, and he remembers conversations we have (yeah; those ones where you talk with your mouth open... he actually has remember some of that... now thats impressive) and always asks about things. The office is extremely well run and Ive not had a problem with my appointments nor have I waited to long in the waiting room. Overall, just a great experience. I personally pay out of pocket and I think they give me a cash discount... Im glad this is my dentist, and honestly after all my teeth have been through, they deserve to find a place where theyre taken care of, and for me; this is it.

After spending nine years in braces (with a different orthodontist) and undergoing jaw surgery as an adolescent, I wasn’t sure I could go through braces again as an adult. But Dr. Shoff has made what once felt impossible completely achievable. He has thoughtfully adjusted my treatment plan to accommodate my sensory issues, anxiety, and past dental trauma, always ensuring I feel comfortable and making changes as needed. It is clear that he and his amazing team genuinely care about their patients, and they have never made me feel bad for my needs. Though my treatment isn’t finished yet, he has already accomplished what I once thought was out of reach—closing my open bite that returned after surgery. I can’t recommend Dr. Shoff and his team enough!
