However, when she arrived, she exceeded my expectations. I had several questions, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, even drawing it out on paper for my notes. I love how she reached out to my doctor and had the whole team communicating together to address my needs. Thank you I was horrified but she slowed me down and explained to me what my next steps were going to be. This also helped me to explain things to my children.
