She was the absolute sweetest and I loved chatting with her. My hair came out great and the price is unbeatable! I had my hair washed, got 3 inches trimmed off, & had my hair straightened for only $25 (before tip)! I actually miss Mimi. I usually only get my hair cut like once or twice per year, but I’m seriously considering getting it cut more often so I can see her again. 10/10 recommend!!! Mimi if you see this, I love you!

When I called to schedule the appointment I told Robin I had a “hair project” as my hair was a bit of a disaster after some processing at another Bellingham Salon. Robin was so sweet on the phone- she made me feel heard and I already had a good feeling. When I arrived early the next morning Donna greeted me with such a warm and inviting personality. She listened as I explained the what happened and she came up with a game plan to start repairing my ruined hair! She included me in the game plan often checking in with me to make sure we were on the same page and to let me know what she was going to do next. She managed to take the mangled mess of mush on my head and turn it into something my BFF described as “luscious and beautiful” I will need to continue coming back for conditioning treatments as my hair heals- but I’m okay with that because they’re so great! If you’re looking for the spot this is it. Thanks, again ladies!

I really appreciate that she talked me though it to make sure that I had thought about how much of a change it would be, and to make sure that I really wanted them before she did it. That was 6 years ago and I haven’t gone anywhere else since! Janis is very thoughtful and professional. The salon is so cute, always very clean and I really appreciate the extra pro cautions they’ve taken due to covid. I never stress about getting my hair done at tangles because I know it’s gonna be cute and that I’ll love it. I’m a dedicated client and will continue to be!
