1 /5 Mariah Ecklund: The gentleman who did my full set was so rude and did a HORRIBLE job. I never leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve had with this shop just because of the gentleman that did my full set. Every single one of my nails were uneven and when I asked him to correct it, I got an attitude immediately and none of them were even the shape I asked him for and even showed him a picture of. There was no customer service from him, he rushed everything from the beginning, when he got to drilling, he cut me twice, and the nails are not even smooth they have so many ridges. To make it worse he rushed the gel polish and I left with some of my nails not even fully cured. He didn’t even check to see if they were done, like every other tech does. I was so fed up with him I didn’t even want to ask them to fix it. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, or ask for another tech.

5 /5 Tinia Turner: Dawn has been my nail tech for over a year and he has been excellent. I have been nothing but satisfied every time he does my nails. Sometimes I ask him to do what he wants to do as fa as color and design and it has always been AWESOME.

3 /5 G. M.Backus: If you get the right technician, you’re good. Unfortunately, my luck ran out when my favorite guy, Don, was not there. They gave me another man who friction-burned me not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. He did a horrible job and I vowed to not return because there are simply too many shops to settle for a bad or spotty salon. Gel polish on acrylic should not peel the first week—my nails looked horrible in no time. I had to spend another 50 bucks to get my nails presentable again. I wish I’d taken a picture but this isn’t a horror forum.

Serena Fulton: Ive been coming here to see Kay for my acrylic manicures for a few months now and she knocks it out of the park every time! She has an excellent selection of colors, chromes and that magnetic cats eye glitter. She has her own private room which makes everything feel super personal. Its perfect for us socially anxious girlies. Ive never been to a nail tech with a better attention to detail. She was even able to pull off the elusive short almond nail on my short nail beds.

Your mom: My friend has gone to get a full set yesterday, and every single one of her nails is crooked and absolutely terrible. Payed $112 for this set, after repeatedly trying to be pushed to do an almond shape (that cost more money to do) when she made it clear she wanted square. This place is a scam of their money. Terrible at their work. They definitely pick and choose who they want to do nice work on. Sad joke of a place Edit to reply: she did not pay $70. I am not “making another comment” someone who also went in with said person Who got their nails done made their own review. I am simply an upset friend of the two with the way they walked out with such crappy service. 90% of people who go into salons don’t speak up because barely any of you speak English and it’s intimidating to tell someone they’re doing a crappy job when they can barely understand you. It’s also hard to ask for things to be fixed when you’re giving constant attitude to your clients and wanting them to do extra services to pay more money. Take the hit of crappy service and have the day you deserve. Oh and also adding the picture of the crappy pedicure job your employee did.

Julia Priest: Fantastic! Im pretty socially anxious, so trying a new place, especially without doing any research whatsoever is not my norm. But Im so glad I was feeling brave! It was worth it! I was a walk in, and there were already two customers there. But the gentlemen told me about a half an hour. He was able to take me in twenty, and had me pick out a color while he cleaned up. Once we started we didnt talk much, but that was ok with me because I never know what to talk about. At some point my husband came in before picking our kid up from a party nextdoor, and they offered him a seat and were very accommodating. The massage was vigorous but relaxing, and I could have done with a whole hour of it. Im pretty sensitive in my joints because of my arthritis, so it felt great! My manicurist made my hands so neat and healthy looking. I have cracks on my callused fingertips from cleaning and working with my hands. But he managed to clip dead areas without hurting me, and he tidied up my cuticles without cutting anything that was inexplicably still alive. I cant stand fake nails, so I asked for gels. I only needed them to look good for a night, and a week later they still look beautiful. While Im not much of a "getting my nails done" person, if I needed them done again Id definitely go back.

Through the years, I’ve watched them be on the front lines of new trends, in addition to updating their service areas. The work is superb & I never feel rushed. Today I got the deluxe Jasmine pedicure & I was transported to a peaceful heaven. I’m on my feet 10 hours a day, so my toes & heels quickly become a jacked up. When I leave, my feet are baby soft & restored. I highly recommend Red Nail Spa!

When I arrived I was informed that Lynk only does full sets and I should not have been able to book with her. They were able to get me in with another person. After a few attempts, he was able to achieve the design I requested. The design lasted less than 1 week while I was on vacation. I paid $65 plus tip, what a waste.

Danielle Storey: I went in to get acrylics done for the first time in 2.5 years. When I got home and started looking at my nails closer i realized they look pretty bad. They’re not the same shape all around, they’re see through, I have paint around my nails and a few cuts that aren’t super noticeable but they hurt. They were supposed to be green for Christmas, they look almost black to me. Not to mention my nail tech barely talked to me and it felt like she rushed through getting them done. I’m very dissatisfied.
