1 /5 Betelhem Taye: ⚠️ had a really disappointing experience here. My mother-in-law booked me a Mother’s Day gift to get my nails done. When I arrived, I clearly showed “Tatiana” (which I believe her name is) the exact nail shape, color, and length I wanted. I already had medium length French acrylics on and told them I wanted long nails, and they said they could do it. While the nail tech who worked on me was initially polite, I asked her three times if she would make the nails long since she wasn’t adding any extensions and each time, she said yes. I didn’t want to keep pushing, so I trusted her. Unfortunately, once I realized the nails weren’t being done the way I asked, I spoke up. And that’s when things changed. The staff became extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for their names and one woman, who was wearing glasses( who was translating what I was saying) refused to tell me and acted very disrespectfully. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a special treat… The lady who was doing my nails was polite and kind before things escalated, and I believe there was a misunderstanding. they didn’t explain to her clearly what I wanted. However, their reaction afterward was extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for customers. When I expressed that the nails weren’t turning out how I had requested, I was told I could go get the rest of my nails done somewhere else and that I didn’t need to pay. So I got up and left. Sadly, this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here.
