Angelina Ceja: Stayed here for the weekend and I really enjoyed my stay. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, nice breakfast area and selection, great location, nice fitness room and nice pool/spa area. From the check-in staff to the housekeepers everyone was so nice. Only thing I didnt like was the smell from the sink drain very strong. When your washing your hands the smell of the drain just spreads. Not enough to knock a star though. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Joshua Sperling: Lifeline was very helpful from detox to residential. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lifeline program taught me a lot about myself to help me grow into my recovery. From my progressive drug use to my mental health they have a program for it all. Thanks lifeline for saving my life.

Rebecca G: This place is not where you should go to ER. Ive been here for damn 4 hours, and still, Dr. does not come! It is beyond disgusting since we pay alot alot alot to Dr and they cant friggin go fast. It is an ER for crissake! Plus, this town is so small, and they still cant even hurry. I have dogs at home that need to peeeeeee!!!!!! Never will I go this place ever again! The nurses even chatted and laughed and are not even working! What kind of hosp is this!

Lyn Valentino-Perigueux: This is a delightful display of local history that focuses on (at the time of this review) Brewing, Maritime history, the history of the Indigenous people, and the timeline of the settlement of Ft. Vancouver onward. Lots of fun to visit. Recommended!

Devon Prince: TLDR: Got an eye infection from standard eye exam here and no guidance from this office/doctor. A couple of years ago I had an issue with this office taking over 2 months to get my contact lens order fulfilled with no proactive updates, but I let it slide because I really liked the optometrist and thought my prescription was more accurate than Ive gotten at other places. That said, after my appointment this month I will never return. The day following my standard eye exam, my left eye was still extremely sensitive to light and bloodshot. I gave it a day and with no improvement, called the customer service line. She said she was sending my message to triage and to expect a call from the doctor. Well, after 2 more BUSINESS days the call never came... My eye was getting worse and puffy so I had to do an urgent care appointment to get prescribed medicated eye drops, they told me it was clearly infected and I likely got it from my appointment. After my urgent care appointment, I called back Vancouver Eye Care to let them know I got an infection from my appointment and never got a call from the doctor. The person on the line was apologetic, but I never heard anything else. Mistakes happen and according to urgent care, conjunctivitis is going around, so dont know that they lack proper hygiene practices, but the lack of concern over their patients health after leaving the office is a huge red flag.

Lacie: We were able to get our kitten in the same day for a rashy legion on his neck. We saw Dr. Chanel Baron, who was very personable and kind, and even stayed late for us on a holiday weekend to try and help our baby. Her course of treatment fixed the issue for his neck. All of the staff was helpful and efficient, and their communication is above and beyond any medical or vet clinic Ive ever dealt with. We ended up calling this office again in November when our kitten swallowed a toy and had an obstruction. East Padden got us in same day, and was able to even get him on schedule that day for emergency surgery! They were transparent on costs and expectations and communicated updates every step of the way. Dr. Baron and the entire team literally saved our kittens life. Thank you East Padden Team!

Devin M: The wait times have been awful the last few months, Had to cancel a very important medical appointment last minute that ended up getting billed for because they didn’t return my callback request three days in a row and I ended up not being able to make it to the appointment another way. Same issue occurred another time recently but I managed to have a backup this time. I call at 9-10 in the morning so that makes it 6-8 hours without a callback. I appreciate the transportation services but this is super inconvenient when I cannot make it to my appointments any other way.

Tracie Collins: Im not as impressed with Vancouver Clinic as I used to be. Long waits to be seen, high cancellation rate (on their end - not mine). My parents moved here in June and have been waiting and waiting for doctors. They need to see specialists, but cant until they get a primary provider. My mom had appointments to establish with a primary get cancelled on her three times. Ridiculous! Have always been a loyal Vancouver Clinic patient, but thinking of moving the family elsewhere.

Loris LeJoie: Vancouver Clinic has mostly very good providers...when you can get set up and hang onto your appointment. I really like my new doctor, Dr Robbins. I appreciate my other specialists. The Urgent Care is usually quick and well staffed. It is DIFFICULT to establish with a new doctor. Urgent Care is an expensive alternative to having primary care available. It seems that Vancouver clinic could advocate better for ongoing Physical Therapy or have their own department of PT/OT that would provide ongoing care for those who struggle to keep in the PT that keeps us moving. Once you can get established the care is good. The care is FAR BETTER than Kaiser.
