5 /5 C. T.: A gorgeous, well-manicured park in whole with many different attractions and features. Stunning and peaceful Japanese gardens. Large showy Rose gardens. Many atriums and greenhouses filled with various plants. A pond with ducks and fish. Really just an overall gem for the city of Spokane and a wonderful place to bring your family or enjoy by yourself.

5 /5 C West: What a gem! We visited Duncan Garden and the Japanese gardens. With the flower beds just torn up, it was basically dirt patches amidst grass and shrubbery. But the feeling of stepping into a Jane Austen was striking! The Japanese garden was a true masterpiece. I was flooded with the peaceful balance of this garden and delighted by every view. I could have wandered around for hours, enjoying the calm it brought to my soul. It was one of a handful of places I saw on my short day trip to Spokane and by far my favorite. I will be dreaming of this garden for months to come.

5 /5 Catelin Robinson: This park is gorgeous! I went in early September while visiting my sister and it was beautiful but I cant wait to visit in the spring when all the gardens are in full bloom! There are so many different little garden areas that are so unique and so beautiful! I also highly recommend checking out the greenhouse! Free Park, lots of parking, paved paths, accessible parking, And dog friendly (on leash).

5 /5 Becky Bren: Its too early for the roses and flowers to be in bloom right now, but the park was still beautiful. We walked through the whole park and will be back in a few months to enjoy the gardens in full bloom. Manito Park truly is a "must-see" Spokane location.

Looff Carrousel and Gift Shop - Spokane

Mike Achurra: Had the pleasure of attending an Edward Jones Christmas party here at the Carrousel with my wife and kids. It was very nice having a chance to appreciate the history and the beauty without all the people. This is a true landmark. All of riverfront Park is nice now. Its a great way to spend an evening in the summer, just walking around. Taking in all the new fixtures and such.

Brendan Schenk: I think its very pricey for what you get. A simple down and back scenic tour. There is a recorded info addition you can use with your phone which was nice. Its a great first time thing to do, but I wouldnt do it again.

John A. Finch Arboretum - Spokane

Jennifer Quillin: Feels like youve stepped into a secret garden. The smell of fresh dirt and mulch softly fills your senses as you drive into the property. We slowly meandered to the end of the gravel road and parked in a small parking lot. Path leads gently downhill beside a small stream (tributary of the Spokane River). Mentally blocked out the nearby road noise and immersed myself in the canopy. Rounded a corner and discovered a half dozen Rhodies in various colors. Then an enormous pale pink Rhododendron. I had no idea they grew that big like a tree! We crossed the stream a few times with small waterfalls. The best part was walking barefoot across the soft grass. Spied a marmot, carefully stepped across pinecones. Grass was warm underfoot in the sun, and cool and dewy in the shade. The energy was magical. We rested at a picnic table under the shade of a large tree. Enjoyed the sights, but not the loud sound of the freeway.

C West: Like stepping into a Jane Austen even with the beds all freshly torn up. I wouldnt have missed this!

Blake Munroe: Unfortunately the top of the park seemed to be blocked off/closed, with no sign indicating why or for how long. This was only apparent once we climbed the first flight of stairs, as we were then met with a padlocked chain link fence at the landing.
