From my first phone call asking questions and getting information until the day I walked out with my new dentures Dr. Mathews was super polite, funny, informative and professional! He was very pleasant and helpful. When i originally came in i had a sore that was really hueting from my very old dentures. He took one look and said let me fix this for you! INSTANT RELIEF!!! I had to change some times and dates around because of my work schedule and he was fine with that! He accommodated my needs!! On top of his professionalism my brand new teeth are absolutely beautiful!! I was very worried because I didnt want to be that person that you look at and go "oh she definitely has dentures"! Mine are beautiful and look exactly how I wanted. They also fit perfectly. He also made sure to tell me that if I have any problems what so ever to not hesitate to reach out to him so he can FIS any issues. Will definitely be recommending him!

Im 25 now.. i cant drink cold water or eat ice cream anymore cause of the pain. The fillings looked scuffed. it looks like i got a bunch of cavitys. Im almost 100% positive none the teeth i had fillings in needed them. I was originally suppose to get a tooth pulled. But instead he did 8 fillings in the span of 6 months. by that time the tooth i needed pulling was so badly infected i needed medicine to kill it so they could pull it. the infection was making the Novocain not work. Ive had problems ever since. Dont go here.

Jessica: I know the health care system is experiencing understaffing, so Im trying to be understanding but Im not getting the care I feel I deserve. I had to establish primary care here. I needed my prescriptions to be renewed. The doctor only renewed some of them because he thought I didnt need all of them. They are for my sever allergies and my previous doctor has me on two different nasal sprays. He thought I only need one. Now Im in regular pain again and I cant get the office to renew my other prescription. This is very frustrating.

Jason Ihde: Wow, have the times changed. I see a positive post with the pronoun HE so this might be the fact that there are changes. 2 days before braces are to be installed after waiting months our appointment is cancelled for our 10 yo daughter over the fact that as her parent had advocated that they could do more to support the appeals process with medicaid. As her parent I had to do the advocating including appealing to the health care authority. We did win the appeal, made another appointment and waited just over a month to only have them cancel it two days before. Dental care in Harbor Kids Dental has been okay. But I learned that this clinic is connected to Dr. Choi and Monica in Tumwater/Olympia along with the dental services. Worst treatment by a business ever... god forbid a papa/momma bear advocate for their child here. You will be tossed out.
