5 /5 Magen McClinton: So, normally I never write anything about the service I receive from a business, however, this has been such an exceptional experience that I would be doing a huge disservice by not writing about Mina.
I have never received customer service from anyone in my life like I did from Mina. First she came in on her day off and spent all day with me. Next she got me food and snacks. Then she gave me back my self confidence that I haven’t had for many months. She is so sweet and I mean genuinely sweet not phony nice. In this day, that is super uncommon and hard to find . She sent me home with a goody bag of hair products and supplies. After all of that she checked in on how I was doing. I have full confidence saying that I would happily recommend her to anyone who wants to get their hair done by someone who listens and wants to make certain that they are getting what they ask for. Mina is a truly kind ,patient and talented person. Ten stars
