5 /5 Derek Murle: Ben! What a guy. We pull in Friday the weekend of Christmas with 5 mins left with the day. And he help us the best he could he got a quick diagnose and confirmed the beat he could with what he had gave us pointers and assured us that if we are able to drive with our mishap that it should cause major damage . 10/10 would recommend this place just off or quick time spent with him .

1 /5 Seth Haynie: We have taken our vehicles here for years and never had any issues. This time however Mike rudely berated my mother when she politely questioned him for doing unauthorized repairs. $200 for à diagnostic and the replacement of a fuel pump that was not given the go ahead. We will not be returning here again after the way she was mistreated.

5 /5 Doris Newirk: I am a long time resident of South Whidbey but until this week did not know about Morgans Automotive services. I purchased an Expedition from Ben a few days ago . We found a leak in one of the brakes, Ben said to bring the truck back, he looked at the problem and fixed not only the one brake that had a leak but did all four. A VERY BIG job. They were polite, courteous, professional and took the time to explain everything he did. I would recommend Morgans to anyone who wants to insure reputable repairs from long time islanders who treat you like family.

1 /5 Brittany Faulkner: Went in for a simple headlight replacement and they totally overcharged, twice what I was quoted at Matt’s and Simmons. I assumed it would be similar. ($50- $35 for one bulb + $15 labor/ everyone else was literally 1/2 that. When I asked about the price got a very condescending answer - just a bulb but lost my trust and any chance of future business.

1 /5 Jason Blair: Water pump replacement lasted only a year because instead of using a water pump gasket as recommended by Dodge, they used RTV sealant. A year after the repair, the RTV sealant failed (DUH!). Morgans Automotive: Your cutting corners costed me extra money and more time with my truck in the garage. We expected better than shade tree mechanic service, since the bill was certainly not shade tree mechanic-sized! Definitely avoid.
