1 /5 Denyde: I walked in without an appointment, no hello or any sign stating appointment only. Waited half hour patiently only for one of them to come ask me what im doing there. I respond waiting for a haircut as if im thinking im in the wrong place. Only for her to reply its appointment only. As the other gal gasps "oh i didnt know he didnt have an appointment!". Ladies had you have said hello the moment I walked in, yall wouldnt be getting a 1 star review for waisting peoples time and ignoring customers as they walk in. No thanks.

Michael: My girlfriend had her hair permed body wave for 150.00. She has long hair. The lady said to not to shampoo her hair till next day. Did not wash hair at all for 2 days. Only washed with water and the curls were barley there. She called the lady and she just made excuses and that it was not her fault. We spend top dollars on the best perm for 150.00 and there was no curls. Looked like some kids playing around with store bought perm solution. She would not answer phone or texts and will not refund or redo the perm. She is very dishonest and NONPROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENT. Be aware she will rip you off. BTW, my girlfriend is a professional hair stylest herself. She has graded this lady a 3 out of 10.

She didnt do my roots the first time.They both were working on the bleaching together and was tearing my hair out of my scalp. It was the worst expiernce. I had orange and the most discusting dry hair I had never had, my hair was so damaged. I immediately went to ulta, Im actually here now and they are toning and do a deep conditioning treatment for me with a discount. But yeah worst experience and Im going to try and get my money back

She has cut, styled, lightened, and highlighted my hair multiple times; theres no one else I would trust to give me the exact look I want. I am also extremely lazy when it comes to hair upkeep, so I only see her about once a year. Even so, shes been able to lighten and cut my hair in a way where it grows out smoothly with no harsh lines. Shes also very good at understanding her customers vision for their hair, even if the customer isnt quite sure what they want. I always get compliments on my hair since Ive started seeing her. Id want her to do my hair for the rest of my life if it was possible! NW Hair Studio is easily a 5-star establishment.
