She goes out of her way to make sure that she hears me and responds to me and genuinely cares about those in her care. I recently dealt with the office manager over a billing issue and after two weeks of arm wrestling with insurance companies and billing companies Catherine stepped up immediately and listened and responded and genuinely cared. This is a rare and unique group of people and I highly recommend them.
