1 /5 Doll MyEyes: The schedulers, front desk staff and patient advocates never answer their phones and they are many weeks behind on everything! DONT point this out or point out anything substandard or they will retaliate by telling you one thing then immediately changing it, giving you a fast appointment then immediately canceling it and rescheduling it far into the future and other such retaliatory and unprofessional behavior!! Seriously! It makes a person wonder if the Doctors also have such low levels of personal professional performance!! They dont seem too... But such unilateral poor performance of staff can only be caused by similar lack of professionalism and dedication in those that manage said staff!!!

5 /5 Jane Morton: I have been a patient of this practice for about two years now and they are amazingly responsive, professional, compassionate and caring. I Love Megan Vulcan. She goes out of her way to make sure that she hears me and responds to me and genuinely cares about those in her care. I recently dealt with the office manager over a billing issue and after two weeks of arm wrestling with insurance companies and billing companies Catherine stepped up immediately and listened and responded and genuinely cared. This is a rare and unique group of people and I highly recommend them.

2 /5 Rachel Foye: The providers are great, scheduling was very inconvenient and the case managers in my opinion are very unhelpful. They really drill it in you that they will be your providers and walk with you during the whole process and after. However after the surgery if you have complications the best way to communicate is through MyChart they say. I get adidferent person that answers my messages everytime and never any help. I just go to my PCP now even though its all surgery related.

1 /5 Jay Dee: I had all paperwork completed and was told the next step was to schedule a consultation. Over the span of 6 weeks I called 4 times to try to schedule a consultation. I left a message each time for Amanda. I never received a call back from her or anyone to explain the status of my process. When it comes to my health Id rather travel a little bit further to Tri-Cities for peace of mind that Ill get the best care. My experience with Rockwood is that they are unprofessional and unreliable.

1 /5 Toni Tusken: Karen the RN is lazy and rude as all hell. I can tell she doesnt care about other peoples needs. Im gonna report her I dont want someone with a lack of compassion caring for me. No I wont call the pharmacy for you, thats your job.

Alton Chandler: Moved here to be closer to family because Im a heart patient in class C, heart failure. I take quite a few medications that were all prescribed by my neurologist, cardiologist, or the heart failure and transplant team I seen back home. I never knew I had heart problems until I came to from a widow maker heart attack I had while on my way to the hospital. Because of my situation I made sure to have all my doctors call in a month of medication so I could get here get a place and get setup on Medicaid. Once I arrived my sister helped me getting started. I had all my meds swapped from the Walmart back home to the Walmart here. When I went to get them they told me that my insurance would only pay for one pill a day of one of my medications, mind you that this is a pill designed to prevent me from having another heart attack and to help with heart failure. Its not a pain pill or any type of pill that you can get messed up on, it only prolongs my life. Class C heart failure means that, my medication and the exercise/walking I do is what keeps me going. If you have read this for keep in fact Im a 42 yo man that has children and recently lost everything due to not being able to work anymore. Im not writing this for a pity party or anything, Im just saying this insurance had rather not fill my meds and play with my life just so they can save money. If you have a choice between Molina and another provider, please go with the other provider because Molina doesnt care about their members. We are just a dollar for them to make. There’s a huge pull in the rug right by the elevator that will trip someone. Good thing that elevator rarely works. Old hand written signs are taped everywhere. It does not look professional or cared for. The staff in the lab is fabulous.

Oh and dont forget the disrespectful, rude and condescending lazy medical assistant named Leah, shes a real winner! I will say that Dr. Fix had a kind and gentle bedside manner. At first, she seemed liked she genuinely wanted to help me. I have a very complicated case and moved out of state at the advice of my previous internist. I was treated in an acceptable manner (given the current state of our health industry) for the first few months until I was honest about my mental health and how I was feeling. I then was made to seem like I was "asking too much" and "this is the best we can do". They involved a social worker like it was a good thing. Sadly I only experienced more medical dismissal/gaslighting after that at a major hospital in the area. I then was forced to worry and wait for a "STAT MRI" because said hospital was down a machine. I had to endure five months of not feeling safe in my body waiting for my continuum of care after leaving the practice. Our Doctors are held to metrics like a retail store....fix the system by writing your local congresspeople and senators. Also, you dont have to stay anywhere as a patient, you deserve to be treated like a human being, not a number or made to feel crazy for having a hard time coping with your disABILITIES. Do better at living up to your mission statement Providence.

Rick ONeel: what a great place to go, with a process that works so smoothly too !!! they were so good to me and they did their jobs so well, and no issues with my surgery afterwards either, very nice !!! And it was so quick !!! Dr. Lin and the nurses were excellent !!! And as a side note this isnt the first time Dr. Lin did surgery on me, he also removed my appendix in 2015. what a great guy to have on your side and with a staff like them backing him up, you cant go wrong, I had an excellent experience !!! David Lewis: I came here for a follow up on a heart procedure that I had at sacred heart medical center the week before. I was greeted quickly and asked to fill out paperwork . The staff was courteous and asked me to sit down and I would be seen shortly. They were true to their word. I was called in about three minutes. My vitals were taken and recorded and the doctor was in the room within 5 minutes. He treated me as if I was his only patient for the day. He answered every question and asked if I had additional concerns. You could not ask for better care. Thank you doctor Appel and your entire staff. Wish I could give you 10 stars. Thank you for having the huge American flag in your lobby area.
