    Patricia Merrill: This week theyre remodeling so I wasnt able to get my mani-pedi. It looks great. The work that they have done and Im sure when its finished it will be fantastic. The staff there is very nice. They do a great job and take pride in what they do. If you have your nails done there, I believe you will love them.

    Sada Kneedler: Absolutely love HRA. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and friendly and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skin. I love all the aestheticians but Taryn is my favorite. She knows my skin well and has solutions for my sensitive and acne prone skin plus she’s so sweet and kind. Ashley at the front desk is pretty amazing too. I’m very glad a friend recommended I try them out. I drive an hr south from Seattle for my facials so that’s saying something!

    candi mcculloch: I usually just go to target for the cvs pharmacy or safeway but there is always parking, it has a significant variety of stores and is pretty darn clean. Just be careful because there are many roads and sometimes people drive too fast or avoid stop signs.

    Carrie Good: I dont understand why the lady doing my nails needed to go as fast as she could. This is terrible. Im not ever coming back. The pictures I took dont even show just how truly awful they look. Ive been searching for someone new to do my nails since the person who had been doing them moved out of my area. When she started, I asked how long she had been doing nails. She stated 15 years. At that amount of time, I would expect someone to have a much greater skill set than what was done. What happened to taking pride in the work you do? Attention to detail. Maybe she is tired of doing nails? Maybe they need better lighting? I work so hard for my money, as most of society does. When I am paying $50 for a service and this is the result, I am very upset. I feel taken advantage of. This experience at this particular nail salon made I feel as tho I was an inconvenience. The pictures dont show how bad it really is. They are so lumpy and uneven. Some are not even straight. Some flair out like a duck foot. I was so upset I just paid and walked out. The next day, after working 1 hour, the polish started peeling up, and the nail started to chip off. I stopped back by after work. She told me that it was old polish and could pick a new color. She then stated that I wanted "square," and thats what that was. I wanted it square/round "squoval." I even provided 2 reference pictures of what I wanted. They look nothing like the pictures. If she had taken some sort of accountability, I would have just had it fixed. I had asked for it to be taken off and my money back. Nail salons are a dime a dozen. Finding a good nail tech is rare.

    Theresa Benavidez: Dont go here, they will assume they know what your want and ypu will walk out with something your not happy with . I asked for full set , French manicure. Pretty basic I thought, cant go wrong with that, not sure what the mans name was that did my set, but hes not very good. To start with, he put my nail on and was about to cut it without even asking me if I was okay with the length, I told him I wanted. The pink gel for my manicure. So he proceeds to put the pink gel over the entire nail. I told him I wanted square shape and he did the square. However, he didnt file the sides. So they were super sharp so I had to ask him to fix those. Kept stabbing me with his thumbnail, which was super sharp And hurt. The placement of the tips are weird and they look ridiculous. Im not sure whos real nail. Starts So close to the cuticle. See the pic. I will not be returning
