5 /5 Maria: Naam is great! She did my wedding hair for a good price and listened to what I wanted. She is fantastic personality wise as well, she is a small business owner, a mother, a wife, and a fantastic hair stylist!

5 /5 Brianna: I had previously gotten a haircut at a cheaper salon & the result left me crying. I was debating whether I should even post the before because of how embarrassing it was, but I had to show off the transformation & Naam’s work. I came to Natchaya salon hoping Naam could help fix my hair. The transformation left me staring at every mirror that I passed. I absolutely love it & am so thankful to Naam for helping me feel beautiful again. 10/10 experience, she even gave me tips on how to style & take care of my hair at home. Never going to a different salon again, it’s definitely worth the price!

1 /5 Mrs. B: Haircut was amazing but way way overcharged, price gouging! The wall said 59 for haircut which I thought was steep, 100 for signature cut. I had simple layers and at the register was charged 125.00! For just a haircut. Never in my wildest dreams did I assume a haircut would be $125. When I asked why it was so much she said it was a signature cut. If you it look up online, that basically means that they matched your haircut to your face and did a custom plan which that did not happen. I showed a picture and got the haircut. It was a basic layered cut. She also said that the reason for the cost its because she lives an hour away in yelm and she wouldnt drive all the way over here for just a basic haircut charge it wouldnt be worth her time. I never asked her to. I asked if they had an appointment available when I called and she said they did. I dont get paid for my gas and travel time when I go to work. Besides that there was a lady in front of me that she was doing her hair as well. The lady was at the register and charged 200 something. I have no idea what she got but she seemed to be unprepared to pay as well and left home to go get her cards. She had 180 in cash on her so I assume she was stuck with a big bill at the register suddenly as well. I will not go back here because its very clear that they gouge you. They were very nice. The haircut was amazing but once you hit the register, its a whole different ball game. I would make sure you ask ahead of time what the cost is gonna be and if it sounds squiggly, I would just go somewhere else.

5 /5 Hannah WO: This was my first time at Natchaya Salon based off a Google search and reviews for Asian hair salons and was so THRILLED with my experience! I had Naam, the owner and we started with a consultation of my haircut and possible color, shampoo and condition where I added on a deep conditioning treatment that was very relaxing, followed by a haircut, and blow dry with a little curling at the end after I asked her about which technique to use for beach waves. She was friendly, respectful and communicated well the entire time. She checked in regularly about how my hair looked and felt to me, and added more layers and facial framing at the end after giving me time to play with my hair to give her initial feedback. Her patience with my long, dark, thick hair really shone through and I’m every grateful for this amazing experience. We scheduled a color for next week, and I’m really looking forward to another session with her!
