We came to DBs for our first pedicure together this last summer and had a great experience. I was told when we left that we never needed to call for an appointment, to just walk in and they would take us. So, this past Christmas break we went back to DBs for manicures. When we got there, without an appointment, we were told it would be a 40-minute wait, so we went to have ice cream and then returned. Once there, the owner kept asking which manicure we wanted. I asked the price, and he said $27 for regular and $37 for Gel. I said we just want the regular. He said "Oh you dont want regular. Its no good, it chips too easy." I said, "why do you do it then, if it is no good" but I didnt get a response. He kept asking me price and again I said regular, and then he said, "Gel for $27". I said "for $27" and he said again, "Gel for $27" and I said, ok then, if it is $27.
When we were all done and went to pay, I gave him my Card and when he gave me the slip to sign, he charged me $37 each! I said to him, "that is not $27 each!" He just looked up at me and smiled, as if to say "gotcha". I was so angry and felt I got played. I didnt want to make a scene and to be honest, I was in shock. I felt tricked and my granddaughter had to witness this. I chose to leave without arguing and I decided I would wait and do a review instead. The sad part is, when we got into the car, my granddaughter said, "grandma, he lied to you!!!" Yes, he did...
The only reason I gave 2 stars, is because our first experience was a fun one and that is my goal when I am with my granddaughter. It is too bad that we had to walk away the second time so very disappointed. Needless to say, we will not be going back.
Ginny’s Nails & More - Spokane Barbara Cervelli: Jennifer does incredible work; she is a professional perfectionist, takes her time and does manicures/pedicures the right way. My nail color lasts a good length of time compared to other salons. Her artwork is impressive. I highly recommend her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Famous Nails - spokane - Spokane Jori Ingersoll: I made a last-minute appointment and they so kindly welcomed me first thing in the morning! I was in and out within an hour due to my flight, at no sacrifice to the best manicure pedicure!! The massage was lovely, deluxe experience without the crazy price! Tips are cash only!
Hi-Tek Nails - spokane - Spokane Maria Wagner: T does my nails all the time when I’m there she is the only one I will see. Her nails are great quality and I’m always satisfied with them as well. She k owes what I want and she always patient with me she had done my toes as well and my husbands loves them. Her nails don’t lift and they last a lot longer.
Nueva nails - Spokane Jordan Crogan: Lettie is the nail queen! Her space is cozy and welcoming just like her spirit. She is incredibly talented and creative with her nail work. I usually get builder gels for my nails and her amazing spa pedicure for my toes. She really cares about the health of your natural nails and does an excellent job keeping them happy and healthy fill after fill.
Go see Lettie if youre looking for a nail girly, shes the best.
Top Nails - Market St - Spokane Shanyce Correa Marshall: A bit pricey, but honestly a great experience. She had great attention to detail and did a great job matching the picture. Was given water, candy, and mini oils. I honestly didnt have much faith in a top nails but, pardon the pun, they nailed it. My friend also got her nails done, it was her first set of acrylics and the lady was very patient and kind.
Vanity Nails & Spa Virginia - Spokane Valley Angela Kisel: The most terrible service and the most unprofessional people that have seen in a while. Call to book an appointment for a pedicure for 11, they told me to just walk in instead, I walked in at 11 and waited till 1130 to get serviced. The lady that serviced me did not speak a word of English, did not follow my instruction of me, wanting square shaped nails, They’re basic pedicure says it includes a basic cleaning of the foot, According to what she did not, my nails came out crooked. The nail polish does not look smooth on the big toes, I tried to tell the lady in English that she needs to redo it and fix it, but she doesn’t understand. There’s no one else walking around there that is able to translate in time and I had to run so I let it be. This was terrible

I’ve been a loyal client since February and I don’t see myself ever going to a different tech! Any crazy idea I come up with, Ange is always down to do it + more!! HIGHLY recommend her! (Also this case - are you kidding?!? What can’t she do!?)

I sat in the chair and didnt know what I wanted to get. She came up with the color and the design for me. I will come back again. I love them! Im not disappointed!

Ombre Nails - Spokane Hayley Steen: Ive been here at least a dozen times over the past 5 or 6 years. I usually get an acrylic full set, a few times Ive gotten a pedi. The ladies in here are so kind and so accommodating, offering drinks, phone charger, whatever you need. The nails also are great, I havent had an issue, and the nails stay on and last, they dont go popping off constantly like some salons will have you doing.
