5 /5 Panda Panda: Very good for people with dental anxiety!!! I cant thank all the staff at Northpointe enough. Had a dental emergency and had to adjust my dental plan they laid out and needed an root canal sooner rather than later. They were able to fit me in within a couple days. I also have some pretty severe dental anxiety and was already freaking out in the lobby a little bit. The front-desk person was very helpful and comforting and all the staff in the back were great. The doctor was very communicative and great. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs routine dental work and has anxiety/fears involving dentists.

1 /5 Kathy Dethman: I just tried to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. She talked fast and I didnt understand what she was talking about. She needs to slow down and explain things a lot better!

Dr Hager is very attentive and caring, and so are all the others! I was so nervous and was dreading my root canal, but they made sure I didn’t feel anything and had me feeling confident and comfortable from the moment I got there. I’m very impressed. They let me know exactly what they were doing and walked me through the whole process, checking on me the whole time. Also, Dr Hager is very experienced and efficient. My bad tooth was a molar with 4 roots and I was done within 2 hours. Such a relief to be done and not be in pain anymore!!! My sister recommended them to me, and she is also impressed and happy with her experiences! If you have been putting off your dental work, don’t wait any longer. You owe it to yourself.

That happened on a Friday which is the day that Dr. Steins office is closed. He was able to get me in on that very day as well as his assistant Meagan. I had some very big plans/events for the upcoming week and I was very fortunate that we have Dr. Stein and his amazing team. Mirinda was a key player in this as well as she is always taking care of my family! I just feel so appreciative of this team of caring and passionate people who actually care for their patients. Dr. Poonam is a master of her craft. Alicia the assistant was incredibly welcoming and took incredible care of me. I usually hate the dentist but Alicia kept me calm and level just with her welcoming personality. Tash and Sierra in the front were extremely accommodating, explained my care plan in a way that I completely understood, and I walked out knowing exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost me. I cannot recommend Aspen Dental on Sprague any higher. 10/10.
