Having experienced significant anxiety from past dental treatments, I was apprehensive about my visit. However, Dr. Wildhaber’s compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I understood what to expect and addressing all my concerns. 5 /5 Rebecca Ross: I’m a “white knuckle” patient, so I was nervous. There was no need. Everyone was very friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Wildhaber was great! She has a sense of humor, and she explained everything in a way that I understood. The x-ray technician was very thoughtful and considerate. When I went back for my cleaning, the hygienist was really great. She was very informative and I learned some new things. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this office!

1 /5 Audra Reed: New patient appointment. Arrived early. After 45 minutes sitting in the chair after the start of my appointment and no dentist, I left. I dont know how you just leave a new patient just sitting in a chair like that. I would have rescheduled if asked. No one asked. I drove an hour for that appointment. No explanation. Nothing. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.

Waiting in the parking lot 30 minutes before my appointment. and then last minute received a call from Lacey office told me that Centralia office is closed on that day of my appointment. You dont deserve a one star. WASTED MY 2 HOURS ABSENT FORM WORK. If anyone is planning to get your teeth done here... Think twice. Because my tooth filling it becomes too sensitive. They after a month it will be okay. Guess what after 4 or months still the same pain is awkward every time I drink cold or warm water. Now since the end of the year. I cant use my balance on my INSURANCE and it will go to waste. UNPROFESSIONAL NO RESPECT FOR TIME
