5 /5 Nicole McCoy: I visited this spa for the first time yesterday, and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly kind, and although we didnt share the same language, we managed to communicate just fine — with plenty of laughs along the way. I chose the Diamond Package, and my skin has never felt better! The experience starts with a 30-minute soak before your treatment. After that, they exfoliate your skin for about 45 minutes, followed by a relaxing massage with lotion and oil. They also apply a facial mask and wash your hair, which was such a nice touch. Since I had a lot of tight muscles and knots, my attendant focused on deeper massage techniques and guasha, which left me feeling better than I have in ages. While the facility itself isn’t particularly fancy, the quality of care and results speak for themselves. I’ll definitely be returning!

5 /5 Tyrone Andrew: Decent spa! Its definitely old but it has everything. Ive been to even older and expensive spa in south korea. Believe me this place is actually really good. Customer service is pretty good. It does needs renovation in few areas. I only wish the area outside wasnt so sketchy but thats everywhere!

4 /5 Brycen Toney: I really enjoy this place. The steam room and the sauna are a great temperature and the soaks are very relaxing. Its exactly what I need after a stressful day. The facility is a little older in style but they do a great job at keeping it clean. The only reason that Im not giving it 4 stars is that they dont have a membership option like other spas. They have a deal of you buy multiple passes, but Id gladly pay $100+/month to be able to come in once per day. They should really look into that.

2 /5 Elyn Blandon: The intent of this post is to ensure anyone who goes for their birthday as a treat, should know the discounts offered is only on your EXACT birth date. I dont want anyone mislead while I respect that no business has to offer any type of Birthday discount. But if you do, be clear about your offerings. Even with calling ahead and inquiring about what I needed, no one said anything to me. So a day before my birthday I went and front counter with two staff told me it had to be my exact birth date with rudeness (like I was stupid). I didnt fight with them as thats not my style, yet offered feedback about informing customers who call and being transparent on their website (well, nearly 3 months later they didnt make any changes to their website). However, here is a summary overall. Ive been going here for years and it has gotten run down. One hot tub has been Out of Function for a year now. Though we are limited for Korean Spas in our greater PNW region so I choose to find happy medium. The Pros: bang for your buck, a winner. Even the entry price for use of facility is worth it. There are hotels that charge more for 1 hour even as guest to use saunas, spa pools etc. Its usually pretty quiet/not crowded even on weekends. The quality of body scrubs are excellent as they really care/tender to your needs. This PRO doesnt relate to me but a few moms have mentioned how much the family likes this indoor/health/family activity since females/males are welcome here. (wet areas are divided but remainder of spaces are co-mingled)

1 /5 Capn Grace: This place feels like a scam or a front for something weird on every occasion (3 since December) Ive been. The hottest tub has never been functioning on the ladies side and its never open till 10. The last time I called the lady who eventually picked up said it would be open till 10 only to back track immediately and say it was maybe open till nine tonight and then backtracked further to say"dont bother coming tonight, Ive just drained all the pools". I hope to God they are getting cleaned and maintained. This place is bizarre and I feel bad for the Korean aunties who still work here.
