1 /5 Travante Wainright: This places doesnt even deserve 1 star worst experience ever, front counter could care less very not welcoming, both Dr and nurse ignored anything I had to say or ask. They strapped me down first legs a then arms. No where was any of this talked about or discussed. They clearly dont know how to help tall people. I was being treated like I was a threat to them. I was supposed to be put under and knocked out but they Ignored that also. I said stop and say ouch couple of times and they just ignored continued and then, turned fan on to drown on my complaints. It was supposed to be a 1hr -2 hr and they were done in 45min and sent me on my way. Never have I ever had thisany teeth removed and walked out the front door. The last of care this place has for its patiences is sad and isnt exceptible.

1 /5 Mia Ainardi: My partner had just gotten back from his wisdom teeth removal and is completely distraught. He told me they would not answer any of his questions, and they replied with, "You are giving us a hard time with your questions." And just didnt give him any time to get comfortable with anything that was going on. Didnt inform him of what was going on or anything. So he was pretty terrified. When he got back, he decided to call because he obviously had a lot of unanswered questions, and he literally had no instructions for aftercare. He calls, asks the lady on the phone questions, she answers some but then stops talking to us and just hangs up the phone..

5 /5 Chris Mikesell: I had 2 teeth extracted a few days ago. I have a rare blood disorder that required clotting medication to be administered intravenously prior to the procedure. Dr. Callan and his assistant did an outstanding job in every aspect of my care and treatment. The extractions themselves took less than 20 minutes and were performed under a local anesthesia. I had only mild discomfort for about 12 hours post-op and did not require any additional pain medication. Most importantly, there was almost no bleeding whatsoever. The entire staff at Peninsula Oral Surgery were a pleasure to work with.

2 /5 Trina Morris: I hate to give a negative review to any business but in this case I felt it very necessary.. I have been in the EMS Medical field for over 20 years and I have NEVER experienced anything quite like this. I went with my 19yo daughter because she didnt feel comfortable driving all the way to Bremerton by herself. Im glad I did! The staff here is very unwelcoming and the Dr. definitely not the best bedside manner and does not even give the patient 5 minutes just to establish some kind of connection. Very short and robotic is the best way I can explain it. During the drive home my daughter said wow, they sure are not very nice there and the Dr. seems very unfriendly. I explained to her some Drs, especially surgeons can sometimes be that way and they are good at what they do but they do better with sleeping patients and not the awake ones. I tried to put her at ease knowing this was the only place that could get her in to extract all four wisdom teeth.. NOW FORWARD TO SURGERY DAY: Same issue with staff, just very blah and do not explain anything or actually even welcome you for that matter. The experience my daughter had with this procedure is to much to even put into accurate words at this moment as this is so fresh, but one thing I know is that ALL the staff needs to take compassion and professionalism classes, "Especially the Dr.". The only one helpful was the young lady that helped us out to the car and she had mentioned she was new. Before the procedure there was no explanation to my daughter what they were doing or going to be doing, no greeting from the Dr except him asking her if she is aware that she is getting this procedure. The recovery time is very concerning also, they said as long as they can walk out they can leave, not the safest practice because two people holding her up definitely is not walking but that is the least of my concerns from this visit. Upon leaving there was no explanation of how the procedure went no verbal after care, "besides a pamphlet". I called my husband when I left and said the best way to explain this place is it runs like a puppy mill... I put this responsibly on the Dr. His staff honestly follows his lead and unfortunately it is not one of kindness and patient based, just get them in and get them out. I did just read all the reviews wondering if we were the only ones that have experienced this but unfortunately we are not. I will say I am shocked on the very positve ones but they were also in the past so maybe there has been a change in staff or a change in behavior. Heart breaking for future patients will be my final word.
