3 /5 Erika Montoya: My friends and I came in with a 6PM appointment for 4 and unfortunately one couldn’t make it due to an emergency.
The remaining three of us didn’t get seated until 6:30. My water was lukewarm, my friend said her water was basically cold. We waited again for people to become available for us, by then my water had gone cold. My friend said her water never even got warm.
They did a decent job of the pedicure, cleaned my cuticles and had a nice scrub/massage. But the hot towels they used were scalding and I was telling the woman it was too hot but I’m not sure if she didn’t understand me or hear me but I had to basically remove and kick off the towel myself. It had burnt my leg slightly where you could definitely see it was red versus my other leg.
They did a good job of the pedicure itself, clean job - tho they used the skin grater on both my friends and not me. The paint job was neat.
All in all, place was very cute and aesthetic but probably won’t return.
