1 /5 Eedo Mei: Absolute NIGHTMARE with Sharyn Beer. Before our appointment started, she asked me to LEAVE because she “did not feel like we are a fit”. This behavior led me to think Sharyn is a RACIST. She needs to apologize or be fired immediately if Plaza Salon wants to keep its reputation.
More background: She was providing me“feedback” on how I should be taking care of my hair, in which I responded, “let’s just proceed with the hair cut”. She was not happy that I wasn’t fond of her lecture, so she asked me to leave.
Her behavior was rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. No one deserves this treatment. I had assumed Plaza Salon was a safe place for diversity & inclusion, but Sharyn’s behavior suggests otherwise.

2. Sharyn asked me to LEAVE. This does NOT mean the same as "better to not proceed" you mentioned below. She could have communicated in more professional manner but she did not.
This is RACIST.
3. Wow! Sharyn spent as long as 10 minutes LECTURING me how I should take care of my hair. I am here to get service, NOT education.
4. Its unfortunate that 40 years of experiences resulted in such unprofessional behavior.
5. Sharyn had a ton of openings thats why I booked her :) There was no review on Vagaro of Sharyn Beer which speaks a lot on what clients can expect. Other great artists who were actually booked out had 5 star reviews.
