5 /5 Juliana Moore: Staff is always so pleasant especially Jenna! She has been so amazing since I started being seen at Pleasant Smile Dentistry. They are so accommodating. What I admire most is that they make you feel special by remembering your situation and follows up on it.

1 /5 Andres Amezcua: Made an appointment at 12:30 pm. Checked in at 12:00 pm . After that I was left waiting 45 minutes, before I had to say something to one of the front desk about the fact that I was waiting. After they placed me on a room, I waited an additional 30 minutes on the chair to be attended and commenced my care, from my perspective, the doctor is over booking himself, creating a sense of madness in the place, a sense of un organization,, and lack of proper attention. He in other words is over extending himself, I love the staff like the doc, but he is biting more than he can chew at times, you want to feel neglected, this is definitely the place.

2 /5 Jessica J: I will try to be kind here, DO NOT GO HERE! Im not sure what is actually going on here, but its all sketchy. Not only do they violate HIPAA laws (I now know everything about the lady that was beside me)so what did they disclose to everyone else about me? Rude, and disrespectful, and unprofessional. Then they give you a "potential" receipt on what my teeth would cost to fix them. Which we didnt even talk about. I believe they give you this statement so you never come back! Like here $12,000 is what we will charge if you come back! I dont know but something is off about this place.

1 /5 Anna Campbell: If I could give negative stars, I would. These people gave me a nearly $4k bill for 8 cavities. They did not show me my X-Rays, and were very snippy in explaining the treatment plan. I did not proceed with treatment and instead sought a second opinion, in which I was informed I have 0 cavities, two spots of which look as though I may have something forming. Instead of ordering fillings, they put a watch on the spots. I have never been more furious. These people will not hesitate to drill holes in your mouth for no reason and charge you for problems that dont exist, while telling you they called your insurance. They dont and never have. Do NOT go here. Save your money and your mouth and seek a second opinion. I will be reporting this establishment, as I have a copy of the treatment plan. Do NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
