5 /5 Ivy: Discovery Pass needed otherwise $10 for day use. I saw people walking around and it seemed like a great place for a stroll. You can walk to the beach. It was too windy and cold so we just drove around, took a few pictures and left.

5 /5 Tammy Schur: This was such a nice historical place with its light house and beach access.We spent a few hours here exploring, starting out with fog and ending with a beautiful blue sky day and spectacular views of Mt. Baker, ships, ferries, and the sea! Permit is needed for parking. Restrooms are available. It appeared to have ample parking for all areas.

5 /5 Valerie H: Majestic and beautiful. Situated at the point of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Admiralty Inlet, the Point Wilson Lighthouse property is simply stunning. Great walking beaches, beautiful scenery, and wonderful wildlife. We had the good fortune to stay in the historic keepers dwelling at the Lighthouse. It is a fabulous property which has been curated with every special touch imaginable. We absolutely loved our time at Point Wilson Lighthouse. A visit is a must. A stay on property is a super treat - and highly recommended! We will be back.

4 /5 Melissa Wester: Didnt have a lot to time to explore, but we did walk the beach around the lighthouse and found a lot of sea glass. Unfortunately the lighthouse was closed for the season. We saw a lot of deer and a bald eagle.

5 /5 Bryan: Stayed in the chief’s house over a weekend and enjoyed it with some extended family members. The place is historic so don’t expect any super modern conveniences but it’s a great location with a view of the Salish. Lighthouse tours also are available. Agate beach is more rocky while the beach on the port Townsend side is more sandy.

Kah Tai - Port Townsend

Maia Hammy: The story trail is handicap accessible, although parking is a lacking. The first section is paved, then it transitions to packed small gravel and dirt. Some cutoff trails cross the dirt and grass and arent so accessible. Great trail for everyone--dogs, runners, birds, and wheeled visitors. By the way, the lagoon is a small lake, very pretty a D full of diverse native species of tres, birds, and berries. Loved the story, very appropriate to the surroundings. Lots of dog walkers out and about. (Bathrooms are locked and therefore useless.) We stayed on the trail to protect the habitat.

Mystery Bay State Park - Nordland

Jen McNaught: We launch our boat here every year over the Fourth of July! Nice dock to be able to walk to your vessel instead of having to wade through the water. Plenty of parking for trucks and boat trailer and have never had an issue with anyone messing with vehicle or equipment. The bathroom are always open and very clean. They also keep the toilet paper stocked and sanitizer available right by the door to use on your way out. Mystery has plenty of beach area to get your feet wet as long as it’s not high. My kiddos love jumping off the dock into the water every year and mystery is my daughters favorite spot to swim! We have even taken our kayaks out in the bay which is very calm water and perfect if you are just learning to paddle. Best part of course are the crab that are caught! Amenities Include -Boat launch $7 per day to launch -Mooring available $ depend on boat size -Picnic tables -Bathroom (2) -Parking -discovery pass required, $35 for one year -dock -swimming area -pet friendly

Jeff B: Very nice setting offering a variety of styles. We were offered a couple of extra samples just because the server thought we might be interested after having a conversation about our tastes. There was a variety of areas, inside and outside, to sit and enjoy a glass. Although a little pricey, the wines we tried were impressive.

Doug Andreassen: What a wonderful musuem that represents this beautiful Jefferson County. A very nice arts display will geet you in the "judges" chambers. It is worth your time and efforts to make this visit.

Shine Tidelands State Park - Port Ludlow

Minh Nguyen: Awesome spot for clams and oysters. If youre willing to walk up from the parking spot to where 7 sisters road is, the clams practically jump into your shovel and you can pick and shuck oysters at your leisure.

Caron Morton: Great wine, informative tasting with Michelle. Family owned, small operation with a good variety of wines. Be sure to ask about the design of the labels! Will be back for sure. Also a lovely setting. Loved it! Would be a great place for a picnic.

Miranda Philippi: Fascinating to learn more about the local sea life! Kids had a great time and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. $7 adults, $5 kids, and 5yr and younger are free.
