3 /5 CM: I hate leaving bad reviews especially for a business like this but I had my lashes done with Polly and it did not go well. I added some stars because Polly herself was really nice.
During the lashing process I felt multiple times like my lashes were being pulled out and my eyes watered often. After they were done when I looked in the mirror initially they looked good but when I looked just a bit longer I noticed there were multiple spots where the extension were glued on my eyelids. My eyes felt tight and any kind of squinting expression hurt and made me want to rub my eyes. This feeling of tightness lasted at least a week and I considered removing them so many times but I had a vacation coming up so I decided to keep them since that was the only reason I got them. Also there were large clumps of glue noticeable on the lashes. Now as theyre falling out, Ive noticed multiple clusters of the lashes are attached to more than one of my natural lashes. Today a cluster fell out with 4 of my natural lashes attached...
Ive had extension done multiple times and even had them done continously for a year and never had issues like these.
I wish I had removed them as soon as I got them, Im sure my natural lashes are going to be so damaged and sparse now
