They go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and always explain to me the procedures being done, and why (which I really appreciate). I have been seen multiple times in the last 8 months and haveaways had a pleasant experience. Once when my car was in the shop and it was a cold, rainy, dark night in November Dr. Alison Polwarth offerd me a ride home (since I was her last patient) AND took me to the store for some advil for my tooth that had just been worked on (and still sensitive). Her kind gesture blew me away. Highly recommended!

If you want 1st class Dental care, this is the place to go:) She always greets you with a warm and sincere smile-Staff will actually listen to you and quickly understand your concerns. 5 /5 Michelle R: Dr.Polwarth reduces my anxiety and fear when I visit her. She listens to me carefully and has been very gentle with me. She is kind. Recently when I had to cancel an procedure appointment, Dr.Polwarth called me and said she was concerned about me. She offered me for a ride. I was very impressed by her extraordinary kindness and appreciated her very much. She drove her car to my place and took me to the clinic safely. Dr.Polwarth’s clinic understands patients’ financial situation and offers monthly affordable payments. I really appreciate Dr. Polwarth waiving $800 because I explained to her that the amount was not included in the original estimate, therefore it was too much burden for me. Lastly, Dr.Polwarth is really good at what she does for fixing patients’ dental problems. Of course, all the staff are friendly as well. I would highly recommend Dr.Polwarth to anyone who is looking for an honest and decent dentist in this area. Thank you Dr.Polwarth!

5 /5 Dennis Piccolotto: As a patient for more than fifteen years, I strongly recommend Dr. Polwarth for all of your dental needs. The positive experience begins and ends with the entire staff! From the receptionists, hygienists, dental assistants to the doctor herself, everyone is extremely friendly, accommodating and very flexible. Just recently I visited Dr. Polwarth for a six month check-up and learned that a twenty year old filling was cracked and needed to be replaced. Like most of us, it is difficult to take time off work and schedule an additional appointment. Dr. Polwarth and staff were able to squeeze me in between patients and complete all care right then and there! This example of a Dr. Palworth and her staff going above and beyond for their patients is not unusual and a large reason why I recommend Dr. Palworth to anyone looking for a dentist. Dr. Palworth is a "perfectionist" in the best way possible, always making sure even the smallest of details are accounted for and correct, always putting patients first.

3 /5 Robby Zinchak: Update - theyve dropped the balance bill, as they indicated this was a one-off mistake that is now resolved. (original post follows) WARNING - Engages in balance billing, which is not permitted under their insurance agreements. Her office sent me a surprise bill which by the time it arrived in the mail left only seven days to pay (which does not leave enough time left to properly dispute due to the long holiday weekend and postal delivery times). As they are in-network with my insurance provider, they are not permitted by the insurance carrier to bill the patient for the remaining balance -- this is the whole point of in-network insurance, after all. Fortunately, my insurance carrier has agreed to dispute this bill with Dr. Polwarth on my behalf. Always beware surprise charges and deal only with trustworthy providers. Extremely disappointed to see Dr. Polwarth engage in this business practice.
