Got a perm done a few days ago. I wanted a loose spiral perm. Resulted with a tight, frizzy perm. When wet, it looks ok. Everytime my hair dried up, yes with products on. It literally turned into a big poofy fro. Asked to go back in to get it fixed with larger rods. They scheduled me to go in. Just to tell me that its what I wanted, and they cant do anything about it. Besides put it in roller set temporarily. I told her, Im very unsatisfied with the service. I just needed it fixed- straighten back or get it re permed. At this point, I didnt care if my hair was in a fragile state. Ill deal with that later. She proceeded to tell me that I just needed to learn how to style it with leave in conditioner and oil. That they dont straighten hair. With my frustration.. I requested to be scheduled to go back in 2 weeks. So I could get some deep conditioning done in-between, before getting it re permed. However, I will not be going back. I dont appreciate being gaslighted. Her (the owner) telling me its exactly like the photo I showed them. BTW, it was nowhere close to the inspired picture. The technician that did my hair was super sweet. It was just unfortunate that the outcome of the requested service wasnt what I wanted. Their customer service to rectify the situation was horrible. This was the first time going there, as we just moved to the area. I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone.

I like drastic hair cuts and colors (no REALLY drastic) and shes the first stylist in Renton Ive found that listens to my requests and doesnt try to convince me to do the same old thing.
I demand a lot of precision haircuts that are a real pain to do and she always rocks it. I cant say enough about how great she is.
Chelsea Hair Craft - Renton Allee M: Chelsea is the absolute BEST! She always understands exactly what I’m looking to do with my hair and we’ve been through it all! From vibrant blue hair dye to finally chopping it all off, she hits the mark every time. I trust her completely with my hair. Chelsea does a wonderful job also keeping it fun and keeps the conversation going, which helps a ton when you’re stuck in the chair for a few hours waiting for color!
Highlands Salon - Renton Alice Yip: Very good experience at Highlands Salon! They really take their time with your haircut, and you can tell they actually care about getting it just right. No rushing—just real attention to detail. Plus, the owner, Von is super nice and makes you feel totally welcome.

This time I decided to post, “before” & “after” photo’s as you know; “pictures are worth a thousand words”…. P.S. besides the fact that , I absolutely, LOVE my HAIR! I LOVE that I have found THE best Hairstylist in the Greater Seattle Area, no doubt!
Hair Clips - Renton Li Lin English: Kim cut and styled my elderly mother’s hair beautifully for our dad’s memorial. I decided to have her cut my hair too and she did a fabulous job. I live in Arizona so when I go to Seattle, I try to have her cut my hair.

New Hair Salon - Renton Crystal V: Absolutely love my haircut and the service I received. I met with Trang today and she was amazing! She was very friendly and provided recommendations for the best style. Price is great for a cut, wash and style! I will definitely be going back.
Mr. Naturalz Salon - Renton Trena Brown: My son came there for the first time and one of the stylist messed his hair up so bad well I would say she didnt do anything to his hair he wanted his dreds maintains and she took $350.00 dollars from him and he sat there for over an hour before she even started he had to call the police to try to get his money back and they said its civil so now we will be taking it to court
