Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, informative, and professional. They made the process of repairing my Tesla Model Y as quick and easy as it could be. The technician texted me regularly to update me on the repair progress. They worked with the other (at fault) drivers insurance to ensure that my out-of-pocket costs were 0. They helped with the rental car company to facilitate a rental while the repairs were being done. They are certified by Tesla to do repairs on Tesla models, and they know the reqirements for ensuring calibration for the sensors and cameras used for full self-driving. They completed the repairs in the shortest time, and the final product was excellent- the repaired area looks like new. They even detailed the car inside and out at no extra charge. I have absolutely no complaints about No. 1 Auto Body, and I recommend them without question.
