2 /5 Beth Waldron: Ive thought really hard about whether or not to write this or not as I generally dont like to leave a negative review. However, I do think my experience is worth sharing.
I had a really lovely haircut here a couple months ago. I have really thin, wavy hair that I hadnt done anything with in over a year and was ready for a change. I had decided to add bangs, which I was nervous about, but the stylist did an excellent job and I loved them.
I thought that I had found a new salon/stylist which made me very happy.
The problem occurred when I went back for a bang trim recently. I saw the same stylist, she didnt remember me, which would have been ok as Id only been in the one time. However, I expected to walk out with the same bangs I walked in with just tidied up seeing as how it was the same stylist who cut them in the first place. Sadly, I walked out with completely different, and very unflattering, bangs. Ive been trying to live with them since and tell myself its just hair and theyll grow out which IS true....unfortunately that doesnt change the fact that until they do Im stuck with very unflattering bangs.
I hope everyone else has a much better experience. That said Im pretty unhappy with how this experience turned out and wont be returning to Salon Julian.
