HeartzinAZ: 17-18 April 2025 Solid 5 stars. wish I could give more. While going to WA from AZ, we were transiting Walla Walla. My right rear brake started grinding. Darn, we were 4 hrs from our final destination. It was clear the brakepad needed replacement. We could not take a chance. We have no contacts in Walla Walla. We checked Google Maps and located Champs Garage. A 4.9 overall rating. The front desk of the Holiday Inn Express concurred. Tim the sole owner/mechanic contacted me and worked me into his schedule on Good Friday. Thank you so much. We did not have to wait 24hrs for the fix. Tim is excellent and very understanding. He pulled the wheel yep it was the brake pad and rotor... they were instock at the parts supply. Tim replaced both left-right rear pads/rotors. Ahead of time. Pricing was reasonable. Thanks to Tims understanding and good work! We were able to resume travel to our final destination. While getting great work for a reasonable price is important - people make this a 5 star experience. I highly higly recommend Champs Garage - Tim. Please talk to people who are providing you with a service. Get to know them. Thanks Tim for minimizing my risk and making this a good experience. The world needs more people like you.

James: Had one of those pesky noises that came and went, was sure it was my alternator belt but many mechanics told me the symptoms didnt fit (the squealing wouldnt happen at idle). Dropped my car off here, sure enough he couldnt reproduce the sound, when I went to pick up my car he came out to listen and sure enough the squeeling noise was there now! He said it was the belt after all, took me into the garage and had it adjusted in about ten minutes while I waited, its been about a week now of no noise and Im sure my neighbors appreciate his service just as much as I do! Will be going back here for sure A+
