5 /5 Bink: My husband was having dental pain & a lot of issues because he hadnt seen a dentist in quite awhile but Selah Dental immediately helped us get him in the very next morning to assess the issues. Very thorough & explained everything that will be needed going forward. My husband doesnt like going to dentist but he was welcomed in and made to feel relaxed & comfortable. This is a very good sign he likes the clinic and will continue to strive to get his teeth/mouth back into good health after suffering years from chronic crohns disease. Definitely a very positive experience for him.

The technician, Dani, supported me through an emotional journey. She’s professional, yet helped me complete my procedure with kindness. I nominate her for a raise! Dr Van Dyke is skilled and friendly. In a first for me, I’m now looking forward to going to the dentist.

They were all very friendly and thorough. They explained everything and the dentist didnt try to push extra things on me that werent necessary. June Jung: I have to say this office had the least professional billing experience I’ve encountered—and Ive been to several dentists due to moving around frequently. When my insurance changed, I called ahead to confirm whether Id need to pay anything out of pocket for my routine checkup. The front desk staff took my insurance information, assured me theyd check, and promised to call me back before my appointment. However, I never received a call. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk staff informed me that they had looked into it online and found no difference between in-network and out-of-network coverage. Based on that information, I proceeded with my routine cleaning and even scheduled an appointment for my husband, who has the same insurance. Weeks later, I received a bill: $100 for my cleaning and $450 for my husbands first-time checkup (not even a cleaning!). When I called to inquire, the staff vaguely explained that it might be due to the office being out-of-network. They said they would follow up with the insurance company and get back to me. Yet again, I received no follow-up. I had to call back myself, and they asked if I could contact the insurance company directly. After speaking with my insurance company, I learned that the charges were due to the office being out-of-network, which caused the costs to exceed the allowed amount. When I asked how I could have known this beforehand, the insurance company explained that providers must check this information with them before the appointment to get an accurate breakdown. While I understand that the insurance website breakdown was somewhat misleading, I expected the dental office to handle this as part of their routine practice. Im not aware of all the complexities with insurance, which is why I called ahead and provided my insurance details. That was the whole reason I reached out beforehand. This lack of professionalism and communication is frustrating. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and my routine checkup went well. However, the billing experience left much to be desired, and I dont feel confident returning for future visits.

He and the staff walked me through every step so I understood what was going on up to the point I went under anesthesia. The nurse in the recovery room was awesome as well. If you’re looking for a dr to do your wisdom teeth extraction, dr Hudson did a great job.

So This Is a 2nd Visit I made a Visit Theirs a Stupid Room they Have @ this Dumb Dentist Doctors Location. So I was the 1st one there by 7am. As I entered I also Filled Stupid Paper work out. The Form was super 1 page. It’s So Stupid here. With Waking to get Their and Being 1st person Their. I was not seen by Their Dentist.

Deanna Lyman: From the first time my daughter had an issue with a retainer that has her false front teeth, due to busting them out 6 years ago, this crew has been AMAZING! First time they got us in same day and ordered a new one which was done the following morning! A little less than 6 months later the new retainer came apart one afternoon. I called and they set an appointment for first thing the next morning. They took new impressions then sent it out to be repaired and strengthened. The retainer was returned to the office IN THE SAME DAY!!! They got her in late afternoon to have it fitted. All in ONE DAY!!! I cannot thank them enough! For a teenager in high school this was so very important. It would be for many people. You all are incredible!!! Highly recommend!!!
