5 /5 Alex Stringer: I don’t usually leave reviews save phenomenal experiences, and Service First is one of those. Wow, I am so impressed and blown away by the quality, speed, and friendliness of Don and his teams’ service. I was panicked about my vehicle because I could not get my car to shift out of park, even after the usual fixes like engaging the shift lock release, pumping breaks, etc. I called at least a dozen places in the area and the earliest I could have anyone even look at my vehicle was weeks away. Don checked out my car within 24 hours of it being dropped off— which left me speechless, all things considered.
Don & his teams service alone was fast, efficient, and honest— and the pricing is fair and honestly beyond reasonable considering the quality of service they provide. One of my favorite parts of this experience was Dons friendly, easygoing disposition and genuine empathy and understanding. I cannot recommend Service First enough.
