1 /5 Kam San: Ive tried to book several appointments with Taylor but it seems like if her books arent full for the day, shell cancel on you. Vagaro lets you book with stylists based on their availability that they set themselves, and its up to them to accept it. She isnt great about accepting within a reasonable time frame. First she cancelled on me because she wasnt she wasnt feeling good. A week later, she still didnt accept my new appointment even though she texted me that she would. Today (my new appointment date) she canceled on me because she has to attend a funeral. But posted on social media that life has been great. Terrible customer service. If you need to take time off, close your books for those dates instead of wasting peoples time. If life did happen, her cancelling still seems to be a trend.
She has also cancelled with other friends of mine and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt because I love her work and she has done my hair once before. I do NOT recommend booking with her.
