5 /5 Brenda Morbauch: After a few visits, I can honestly say I am very pleased. From the moment you walk through the door staff is professional and courteous. In dentistry they meticulously stick with you to get it done. Both office and dentist are very good at explaining options of care and/or payment.

5 /5 Lee Hampson: Nobody likes the dentist. Dr Mary and her assistant try to make you appointment as pleasant as possible. Always explaining the procedure and informing you of what to expect. I was very comfortable.

5 /5 julie tobey: After being denied getting my work done and having to appeal the insurance decision I was told that their decision wouldnt come for anothers month. The tooth needing attention was only going to get worse. I went in to Shelton Dental Excellence and had an appointment for the next day. I gave my insurance paperwork about the denial to a girl in their front office who IMMEDIATELY called my insurance company. End result was that the work got started and insurance agreed to foot the bill.

5 /5 Donna Durnford: Because of my many hours logged in a dentist’s chair throughout my adult life (starting in the military), I feel like it’s become my second profession. ;) I have an extremely high bar for dental services and Shelton Dental Excellence has met and surpassed it. I always see Dr. Song when I go, and have not been disappointed. He’s quite the left-brained individual, so we’re working on that through humor and music. :D In short, he’s given me back my smile and I’m eternally grateful that Shelton has such a competent, professional dentist who excels and takes pride in his work.
