1 /5 L: WOW! My normal hairs styles and I have been having problems with scheduling because he is an hour away from me and its the holidays. I just wanted a quick trim. 2 in off. I run into smart style in Shelton, I didnt see the price sign, asked how much, she gave me a price and said, then however long extra it takes. I said you all charge by the minutes now. I said, well, I dont need a shampoo cause I just shampooed. You ready for this.... Her reply, well I have to shampoo. Thats how I learn and Im not experienced enough to do it different. ?????? You work in a salon and you dont know how to just wet down hair and cut!? Let alone charging by the minute! NOPE! I WALKED RIGHT OUT.

We discussed it, I told her I wanted like an inch left on top... she buzzed my entire head! Too late once she starts and just buzzes everything! I was shocked she just did that after our conversation and showing her a picture! I will never go back! Not only is she rude. She almost acts like it was funny. As I leave with my husbands hat on and in tears!
