Despite her claims of being able to achieve my desired hair color without bleach, she ended up using it anyway, resulting in a disastrous outcome.after 5 hours My hair was left severely damaged, and the cost was ridiculously high. I strongly advise against working with her and suggest finding a more competent stylist who can communicate effectively and deliver the desired look without causing any harm. See the huge difference between the goal picture and the results I got.

5 /5 Alyssa Murray: Wow… is the only word that comes to mind. I’ve seen maddi twice now. The first appointment we reached a color that I was IN LOVE WITH, and I thought, there’s 0 chance I can leave completely in love and have another big change at my second appointment, when I tell you MADDI DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I got bangs which I’ve never had before, she made me feel so confident and beautiful, she truly knows what she is doing and recommended things to me I would’ve never tried. Leaving the salon both times I legitimately was almost in tears with the amount of confidence I walked out with. (And I don’t leave these amazing kind reviews unless I truly feel it’s deserving. She knew I went through hair trauma before and hadn’t had my hair touched, cut, or colored in over 2 years. She saved as much hair as she possibly could (which was a lot). My hair is so incredibly healthy and strong even after bleaching, and I’m so so so grateful i was recommended to her. Thank you Maddi from the bottom of my heart for giving me my confidence back. (Before and after of both times are attached.)

Alex: Overall, a decent shop but far from perfect. The lady was very rough, but did the job and I wasnt bleeding at the end. She lined me up really good, but she shorted me $3 change and I think she did it on purpose. I have anxiety so I just put it down as a tip for the good cut but I found that shady. This was cash I had to pull out from an atm because they dont accept card. I might come back if my normal barber (who is in Lacey) is completely booked up.
