5 /5 J Smith: This was my first time using this shop . I needed to have a battery cutoff switch added to my classic 68 mustang and the transmission serviced on my GMC sierra pickup. They were able to complete both jobs in the same day for me so I only had to take 1 day off of work and the level of service and work I received was amazing. They did a perfect job on both tasks. The owner even drove me home in between services and came and picked me up when it was done. Keith the office guy is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with . This shop is a real relief when the industry is flooded with so many sketchy shops. They even gave me great pricing compared to many other shops I had been quoted by. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for peace of mind when having work done on your car. Will definetly do business again and refer anyone I know needing work to this shop. Great staff. As a 20s woman engineer Im used to car shops treating me like I dont have a brain/condescending/upselling. At Sparks I never once felt uncomfortable or talked down to. Keith explained everything easy to understand, had a great attitude when I called with questions, and gave me his honest opinion on the car. I never write reviews, but I would highly recommend other single women come here. Plus, there were three other women in the shop when I came in so looks like its not just me:)

Jordan Grey Shafapay: Thought this was going to be a legit place, they charged me $215 to tell me i need to replace my rear brakes and it will cost me $1400. Big rip off when the parts cost no more than $300. I initially brought my car in to inspect my suspension and axels due to a obvious noise it was making. They couldnt even tell me what was wrong with it yet still charged me a diagnostic fee. Is this place even licensed to fix anything on a car. I would not trust my car here or anyones ever. Stay away from this place, these guys are clowns.

Chengjia C-J Huo: First time to go there for AC service as I found it on Groupon. Location is easy to find where there are plenty of auto body shops. Very professional manager Ali and very skilled mechanic Mehkti did an absolutely awesome job on helping my car’s AC getting back alive with an AC recharge. The service was so fast and they were able to finish it in 15 minutes and with a complimentary diagnostic. Service is professional and price is very affordable. Definitely recommend for any AC and alignment service there. Thanks Ali and Mehkit!

A previous shop had messed up my car, but these guys got it running smoother than before, it drives as smooth as new, matter of fact the car glides, it doesnt struggle to drive anymore, they got me all season tires replacement without me asking specifically for them, and was worried I forgot to mention it but they were ahead of me, my hybrid is quieter and smoother than it was before! I have already recommended them to people I know!

Everywhere else was closing, but we were able to get my car to Buckys - they kept their doors open and waited for us despite the fact that we got there after theyd technically closed. Im typing this review Saturday afternoon having just picked up my car in perfect working order. It turns out the belt had slipped and needed to be replaced, but Buckys works so quickly, honestly, and affordably that its almost like I can go on with my weekend as if this had never happened! What a relief! I would recommend them to anyone in need of emergency repairs, and will definitely call them next time my car needs maintenance.

Dorothy Gorder: The technician that came out to assist me in my time of need was very kind, friendly, patient, understanding, and all around a true blessing. For my situation a person had stolen my keys so that I couldnt leave. I just happened to have had enough money on me to call the mobile mechanic to remake me brand new keys so that I can drive my vehicle away. Im not sure the cost in general for a mobile locksmith, about 8 years ago I did need somebody to get into my garage for me and that was $180 I believe about 8 years ago and for this particular technician to come out open my car and also provide me with a key that would open my door and would start my vehicle I paid $220 so I would have to say in comparison pretty reasonable. Later on that evening I thought to myself man I should make a copy of my copy and Walmart was not able to do so because they dont have the car key to have a duplicate made. I then called the mobile mechanic and asked what that would cost or what that would take or if they could even make me a duplicate key and unfortunately it would have cost me the exactly same amount to get a replacement key or I should say an extra key so lesson learned I should have asked him to make me two keys the first time. Because theres no way I can afford $440 out of nowhere. So if you call this mobile mechanic and you think you might need two keys at all ask the first time. But definitely overall extremely satisfied with my mobile mechanic. I wish I remembered his name cuz he was very very polite very kind definitely a sweet Young man.
