5 /5 Cloud: Every time Ive been here, everyone is so nice. I personally dont care to talk a lot, so I enjoy that they are comfortable talking to each other and not feeling pressed to translate to me every few minutes, haha. I came in with a sleepy baby today that I figured would fall asleep easily as usual, but he got a little too restless, and they were sweet enough to hold onto him until he fell asleep. Prices are reasonable and the Service is great. I usually get waxed here also. When I have the freedom, this is usually where I come.

Also got So many compliments on the Christmas nails everyone thought the beautiful snowflake was fake and that she had stamped them them on they were that perfect. Their prices are great. And the staff is so welcoming.

5 /5 Rachel Williams: This was BY FAR the BEST pedicure I have ever had!!!! Ben was amazing! The places I’ve been before I usually can’t wait for the massage to be over with because it just isn’t great. Ben took lots of time and made sure the massage was the best quality ever! He also did an amazing job painting my toenails as well! I am still in awe at how nice and comforting all the staff were! Will definitely go back! Thank you!!

And also do not get your waxing done here I understand everyone’s experience is different but my experience was terrible the lady that did my eyebrows was rough kept pushing my face around, and the wax was too hot it burned me the picture is day 2 of my burn the areas still hurt, and it feels like my skin is so raw.. this was not a good experience and I hope they take better care of their next waxing clients because now I have to walk around with burn marks on my face for who knows how long.

I came several weeks ago for a set of acrylic nails including one extremely damaged nail in the process of growing back that I thought was undixable! It was the first time and Pugh did a phenomenal job. I have been multiple times for fills and they are efficient, affordable and do a phenomenal job. I brought my daughter for a birthday pedicure and we had another great experience. It is clean with a great vibe. Would absolutely recommend to all!

She is friendly, kind and welcoming but doesn’t force small chat-I loved this about her. I came in for a shellac manicure with some ideas for designs thinking they were too complicated and she took one look and said “I can do that!” I gave her creative liberty and she put her own personal touch on the design without straying too far from the original. I absolutely loved it, and it lasted a 2 solid weeks despite me being very hard on my hands. Her work is so amazingly detailed and professional. Highly recommend!!!

Kate Austin: This is crazy. I have been coming to this place since they opened and went to happy nails prior to that. I haven’t had my nails done in over a year because I have two small babies at home and generally don’t have time to do anything for myself. I got a standard full set with almond shape (Erin was awesome) then I got a pedicure because it’s been an even longer time since I did that. I go to check out thinking I’m paying the normal pricing since no one said a single thing about extra charges for my toes or nails.. I paid $176 for an almond full set and acrylic toes (1st time doing that). My nails and toes look great BUT NOT $176 worth. I about had a heart attack at that price. For someone who NEVER gets their nails done and to be blind sided by extra charges is crazy. I can almost see the toes being more but not the nails… I am highly confused. HIGHLY. if told extra charges I would have said no and came up with a different plan to get. Unfortunately I will not be returning for these prices. I would never be able to afford that monthly or biweekly like most. Communication and customer service go hand in hand.
