3 /5 Ashley Santos: The staff is very kind. I am giving them 3 stars because they were friendly, but the haircut gets 1 star. This was our first time there. I think that communication wasn’t well and the stylist may have done a different cut than expected. Regardless it’s very uneven. I don’t want to leave a negative review but I’m so disappointed by the cut and I live too far away to go back and get it fixed or else I would do that. I should’ve paid more attention as she was cutting and made sure she knew it was just a trim, keeping the layers he already had and not creating new massive chunky ones. If we went to our usual place it would have been $10 instead of $33 but I was trying to save time and travel by stopping there.

5 /5 Yj Bp: The woman that cut my hair was meticulous and friendly. I had had a brain test and still had glue in my hair. I explained and she got it all out without hurting me. The cut was amazing.

He was kind, professional and engaged the kids, walked them through the whole process as if they were adults. The hair cuts are lovely. My son and his service dog were waiting the whole time and James made a point to make him feel included and welcome. It was a lovely experience.
