Baker Center - Tacoma Audriauna Jackson: Pediatrics NW has been a generally positive experience for me. I’ve interacted with many of the staff, and they’ve been great overall. There have been a few less pleasant encounters, but nothing unusual.
However, one significant issue stands out—a staff member misdiagnosed my child, and it wasn’t until a little over two years later as of yesterday that we received the correct diagnosis. This delay likely affected my child’s ability to get the help they needed to thrive earlier. While it’s hard not to feel frustrated, I understand that people make mistakes. Instead of holding onto anger, I’m focusing on the present and putting my energy into supporting my child’s progress with their current diagnosis.

After getting referral from my primary care doctor in November 2024 I called to schedule appointment and was told theyd call me in a few weeks to a month. After waiting almost two months I called back again and was told they were down several providers and they couldnt schedule my appointment yet!

I decided to ask Dr Cho all my questions and relate all my concerns through MyChart. He explained every detail I needed to hear about!! Dr. Cho has given me complete confidence through his impeccable expertise and knowledge.
Franciscan Infectious Disease Associates at St. Joseph - Tacoma Sara Stewart: It does take a while to get scheduled, but Dr. Lein and the team were very nice at my appointment. She listened to me and took my issues seriously. I feel well taken care of. She’s very pleasant and has a very distinct laugh that makes you smile.
Get there early, it’s a little confusing to find the right building and office.
