I also suspect they went ahead and fixed a whining sound that had been bothering me as it dissapeared after coming back. Best garage in town! Amazing experience, even though Pat couldnt fix my problem he refused a diagnostic fee. Upstanding guy!!!

They got my truck in having intermittent oil pressure issues, swiftly found the issue and made the repairs in a very timely manner!!! Extra happy with Pat showing me the part that was the issue!! Absolutely 10/10 Service at a more than fair price!

Pat was awesome with answering any questions and communicating effectively exactly what needed done, he broke down best case and worst case scenario to fix my vehicle and he ended up saving me a good amount of money. Stand up guys stand up shop wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.

1 /5 James Finn: I’ve never felt so taken advantage by a repair shop than I was today. My power steering was leaking. I was told the majority of the leak was coming from two hoses then I was called saying there was a third leak fixing the two hoses cost me $615 just to be told that the other leak would cost me an additional $1100 So it seems to me they don’t put any concern into the diagnosis As soon as they find a problem that they can charge you for they do just to come back to tell you there’s other problems If the car was lifted into the air, how could they not see that there was a leak coming from the power steering gearbox? After I paid the $615 to get my vehicle back just to find out it’s leaking just like it was before I took it in

5 /5 caitlin6861: My family discovered this wonderful business when we moved to Spokane in 2018, and Pat and his crew have worked on all our cars: Toyotas. Fords, Chrysler. In particular, my 1991 Volvo was kept running really well for over 240K miles. They showed incredible generosity at different times, test-driving for long periods at no cost. I felt like i really had an advocate in Pat, for knowing what i needed from that car, and giving me guidance as to when to say it was time to get a different car. When that day came he inspected my "new" used car at no cost. A while back, i heard though tne grapevine that one of the guys at my church who "knows cars" was advising his friends about a really good and reliable mechanic. Who was it? 509 Garage!!! Totally agree! Highly recommend, thank you Pat, our family has been blessed by your expert and highly ethical business practices, youre the best! Very friendly, very good, very very generous to his long-time customers.
