As to your reply to bad your security camera does not have audio. No one wants to be treated rudely to pay 60 dollars for a haircut but then sit in their car because you dont have a lobby? 5 /5 Elizabeth Agin: I received a cut and total color service. I had virgin naturally chestnut hair and wished to go platinum with vibrant tonal color overhaul. My stylist was honest with the price estimate (which was an industry standardized price) and the process and potential limitations of my request ("we may not be able to get it that light the first round"). When I arrived she had me wash my hands and a mask was required for service. We discussed cut options and color directions (I tend to rely heavily on the experience of the stylist however). She checked in frequently regarding my comfort and needs and educated me on their procedures when I asked. She educated me on their product lines and future visits. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the salon and the professional knowledge of the staff. Highly recommend. My cut and color are phenomenal.
