We are a Jesus centered church and Pastor Russ Newkirk is a powerful preacher. I love everything about this church - the preaching, music/worship songs, love of all of the people.

You can go in knowing nothing about Gods word at all, and the pastor will just put the word of God on your mind for weeks on end with just one sermon. Im not normally the one who enjoys church, but I love going here every time I do. Its fun, you bond with a lot of great people, and we even took a 9 month break from church, came back, and everyone still remembered us. That is what proves that you go to a great church. If you are considering going to church, come here. Its the best one youll ever find. Plus, the messages are straight from the Bible, so none of that made up stuff that sounds biblical, but actual word of God straight from the source itself.

Each week, Im greeted by friendly faces, and feel safe dropping my toddler off in an amazing kids program with amazing teachers where she can have fun and learn about Jesus. Theres always a great, Bible-based message, and fun, Jesus-centered music! The Roots is a great place to get connected to others who love Jesus and learn about His Word!
