2 /5 Alexis Williams: They are very sweet, but the lady did a horrible job on my nails...the paint was very thin and she painted them standing up while I was getting my pedicure, my pedicure was amazing. But the nails are terrible...I hate complaining and for a full set n pedicure I paid $110 with a tip. It wasnt busy at all my pointer finger nail is lifting and it hasnt even been 2 weeks, its actually been a week and a half. And my thumb nail is bubbled. I dont recommend for nails but pedi I do for sure!

5 /5 KarmaIzaBeach PeaceOfMeow: I went here to originally get a pedicure but it turned into talking about having purple hair to getting my hair colored purple. Lol. I love how both my toes and hair turned out. I think I got the nickname "purple lady" cause of all the purple I wear. These ladies are friendly and the place is kept pretty clean. Most of the pricing is reasonable. I would recommend this place to my friends.

1 /5 Nicole White: I normally don’t post reviews, but this was a bit much. I bought a shellac manicure for $27. I asked for the paint to be removed off the skin and I was completely ignored. It’s like she just wanted to get the money and go on to the next customer. So much for service and completing the job! I won’t be returning. I wish I had the other lady, who seemed much better but I was traded off to another tech. I could’ve done this at home

1 /5 Angel T: I had always been a huge fan of this place. The results were OK. But the customer service was unlike anything Ive experienced anywhere else. This place has changed over the last few years, and not for the better. Was needing to get a treatment done that needed at least two hours. Never have I been rushed out like a piece of meat. When customers started coming in they decided not to ask people to come back later, but were trying to accommodate everyone with very limited staff. Sorry, but I dont appreciate being treated like a piece of meat, am more than happy to take my money someplace else and pay more if need be for better customer service. Im financially able to go some place else, I only come here because in the past they have always done good work, I had always tipped them very generously (over $100.00) and there wasnt any problems. That has changed. There was one staff member whom I will not name, with rough hands and it was clear she was in a hurry to get me out of there so they could get to everyone. I understand what customer service is about, I have worked in a related industry for over 20 years. If it were not for this person I would not be leaving this review. Sad!
