Town Center Dental - Chehalis (WA)

1 /5 Israel Elwell: I went in to see Dr Chris and had X-rays on 4 teeth that are providing me immense pain daily. These teeth needed to be extracted so we scheduled a Monday to get it done. I had to schedule time off of work which is difficult due to the fact that I oversee others. The Friday before the extraction, they called to cancel on me. (Mind you, I was on my honeymoon when they cancelled on me). This is after I have been taking my prescribed antibiotics for this specific date. Not only did they cancel, but Mary the receptionist REFUSED to let me speak with the other dentist. This dentist was only willing to pull 3 out of 4 teeth which would require two separate visits and two separate healing times. Due to this, I will NEVER use this dental center again. All I wanted to do was ask the dentist if he would pull all four at once like Dr Chris would do. Mary never gave me the chance.

1 /5 Gregg SAVAJIAN: This “so called Dentist” needs his license to PRACTICE revoked! This was the absolute worst dental experience I’ve ever had, and at 70 years old, I’ve experienced quite a few in my life. Mr Pham, the alleged dds, damaged my implants, my gums, the roof of my mouth, and it cost me money for this. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! If I could grade below 1 star I would give them -5 stars

1 /5 Jeff Schulz: Went in to get tooth pulled.they told me they can save it cause it was a important tooth.so I gave them my Insurance they said they checked and it was approved I would only be paying $300 out of pocket.so I went ahead and had root canal done then was spose to come back for a cap.lo and behold I get a bill in the mail for over $1000 so I called them.they said my Insurance didnt cover it.they lied to me.i still had to have tooth pulled.dont go to town center dental in chehelis.

1 /5 Erin Garcia: Horrible place, just looking to take your money even if that means making up dental issues you dont have. Went somewhere else, and they had no idea what this place was even talking about. Needed only one procedure compared to this place saying much more was needed. 150$ worth of work with new dentist when this place said a thousand +
