5 /5 Willy R. Phillips: Lupita was quick to set me up on a virtual call with Jason. Jason and I spoke for 10 minutes or so regarding a needed procedure. Jason is sending required referral to Kadlec to make it happen. Very satisfied with Jasons timely response and his sense of urgency. He has a good Care Team in place backing him up as well.

Dot Hailey: Most of my care has been satisfactory. However sometimes you are forced to wait in line forever to check in, this is at front. At least lab now has owe check in so this should help. Other concern is lack of operators when you call for appointments, mostly you are forced to wait on hold forever or get call back. This is not always convenient if not always have access to phone. Today at my appointment with primary care doctor I was called in my nurse timely but then had to wait in exam room for 25 minutes. I don’t feel this is acceptable, also it was totally freezing in this room. I think there is room for improvement.

joshua elizarraras: Absolutely disgusted with now a second d vist with this dr no care of concern no compassion she thinks I need aniexty meds when I go in for real life health issues stomach issues nerve problems last year I seen her for a hernia and again she prescribed me yet another anievty med I am not in here for aniexty my pain is unmanageable I tell her i dont like the way ur just rushing me and not taking any of my problems seriously this is now the second visit where I habe had to tell her she needs to listen to me I know my body more then anybody in this entire world by me saying that after she ordered my lab work to be done she then kicks me out saying we are do e here u can leave very unprofessional very rude and disrespectful and the audacity of kicking me out again after I tell her she isnt listening to anything I ha e to say. Clearly she dont care she is miserable with her job it shows shes just there for a check I will be taking further action. She deserves her licenses to be pulled very very very unethical

Jerem0y: I have Stage IV Incurable Sarcoma in my Retroperitineum encasing my Aorta Displacing my Right kidney, with a multitude of problems and this is my Hospital that I frequently am admitted too. The Doctors here are Fantastic and they really care and work with you on whatever your Health needs. The Cancer floor Has always been good to me. The Palliative Care Doctors here and ICU Doctors and Oncologists are all spectacular and I owe my Life and Thanks to them for the Help they have given me at this Troublesome part of my life. Thank you Doctors I hope you see this because I appreciate you all so much and I hope you the best lives Possible.

erin zasso ez: This review is based on the benton health vital records. When we received the birth certificate for our daughter the sex was listed as male. We called the hospital and they admitted to making a mistake and they would fix it but we would need to pick up new birth certificates from the health department. Once receiving the paperwork for the mixup I went to the health department to get the correct birth certificates. Because my name was not listed for requesting them the health department would not give them to me even tho I am the parent and my name is listed on the birth certificate. Talk about making things difficult when Im just trying to fix a problem the hospital made. The health department made it seem like I had no rights even tho Im the parent.

I wouldve gave 5 stars but. I wanted to get my blood tested for micro clotting after 20 million people have #diedsuddenly and dropped like flies or had strokes because of the covid vax and I was laughed at.

Vicki Bennett: Was at trios due to being unresponsive once admitted I woke up, and panicked was trying to leave room a 6"3 6"4 male nurse came around corner grabbed me by the neck proceeded to lift me and carry me across the room then body slammed me down on gurney, causing more injuries to my previous injuries caused in May just one month prior from fainting due to mold in my unit. They never looked at my medical records to see if this was a reccuring episode. If so they would of seen I was in just a month prior diagnosed with mold Exposure and concussion on left side of head and neck, plus contussions of left hip, lower lumbar, shoulders and a sever Goren sprain. My left hip sticks out farther than the right side. I was also diagnosed with Full body chronic pain, PTSD, emotional, physical and mental trauma, from my Councling. They refused to help me in any way since that evening. I was also undressed half way since I couldnt help her get my pants down she pulled from the bottom of my pant legs causing more pain then left me hanging half way off the bed, leaving curtains open so anyone could see me exposed. Then two nurses came on a different day polked my swollen knee while my eyes where closed then another polked my Right shoulder after I told them not to touch me cause I hurt and my body felt like it was on fire. I raised my arm due to being startled she then said I punched her which I did no such thing I was arrested but not charges filed. Im suing them for $$$$$$.

Rosa Duterte: My Dr is Amazing. The mental health advisor is great. The office staff? Leaves much to be desired. They’re polite but very much unorganized and act like it’s your fault. I went to make a follow up appointment and they were going to book me with the wrong Dr until I said something. Then, they refused to make my follow up in the three weeks my Dr had told me to make the appointment. Which I can understand is he didn’t make a note or whatever. But their desire to help me make sense of the situation was met with : send your Dr a message. Today was just the cherry on top when I arrived to pick up a prescription at 5:45 and their doors were closed. I had talked to the pharmacy just before driving 20 minutes to get here. They knew I was coming. I wasn’t the only one when I arrived. Another woman was also confused why they were closed before hours stated on the doors. Very VERY disappointed as I needed those meds TODAY. I will be changing my pharmacy first thing Monday. And possibly my dr. This is ridiculous.

Emma Robinson: Just had my second child, first child at the new location at the hospital. My amazing Obgyn Dr Ponder and my amazing nurse bree got me thru a suprise successful vbac, came in already at a 10 with my water leaking, and my nurse bree really helped me push through all the pain and helped me through my vbac, I know I couldnt have done it without her and my Drs encouragement. Even came and saw me and baby the next day to make sure we were doing good! My doctor and my nurses were truly amazing. 10/10 experience.
